These 4C Energy Rush sticks are super convenient and great when I need a quick pick-me-up. I like having the variety pack, because I don’t get tired of one flavor, and most of them taste really good mixed with cold water. The added electrolytes are a nice bonus, especially for long days, workouts, or when I’m feeling a bit run down. They’re easy to toss in a bag, and one stick gives a noticeable energy boost without making me feel too jittery. For the price and the amount you get (40 sticks), it’s a solid value. I’ll definitely be reordering.

I bought the 4C Energy Rush PSD with Electrolytes Variety Pack because coffee and I are no longer on speaking terms. This stuff showed up and immediately stepped into the role like a professional. First off, the flavors. None of them taste like a science experiment or a melted vitamin aisle, which already puts this ahead of half the energy drinks I have regretted purchasing in my life. They are light, clean, and actually refreshing instead of aggressively sweet. Energy-wise, it is more “I am alert and functional” and less “my hands are vibrating and I can see through time.” No crash, no weird aftertaste, and no sudden need to apologize to coworkers for being too intense. The electrolyte angle is legit too. I drink one of these and suddenly feel like I made a responsible life choice. Like I might stretch later or drink water on purpose. Perfect for mornings, long afternoons, road trips, or pretending you are hydrating while absolutely not exercising. Will absolutely buy again. If you are tired, dehydrated, or just emotionally exhausted by life, this stuff delivers.

I have ADHD and take 25mg of Adderal a day. These little packets give me far more energy and focus! Don’t drink it late in the day. I don’t drink soda or any carbonated drinks, so the slight carbonation is enjoyable. Try these. Super affordable and effective.

I was on the hunt for a good tasting caffeine water enhancer, and these fill the role perfectly. The 3 flavors are exactly as described. Lemonade tastes like store bought lemonade, Strawberry and Grape remind me of soda without the syrupy taste. None of the flavors have that artificial sweetener aftertaste either. The caffeine amount is the perfect balance for what I need, versus constantly draining energy drinks, and even when diluted with more water than the 16.9 oz it recommends (in my case 32 oz) the taste is still great, and the caffeine levels maintain what I need without a massive crash after.

Grape and lemonade are delicious but strawberry tastes weird and like soap 😭 otherwise good

It's more powerful than monster it tastes good with no sugar can't believe it doesn't have no sugar but and it's it's less expensive than monster so I love it

These are tasty & fruity & bubbly and give you a nice ‘awake’ feeling that I will absolutely be taking every single day! I often need the caffeine quickly & so t have time for the coffee process, this is wonderful. Keep some in your car in case you’re feeling drowsy in a road trip, better than a RedBull or 5 minute energy for only .25 cents. Can’t beat it!

I started doing some packet concoctions and added this to the rotation because of its caffeine content. Also, the price is phenomenal. I enjoy this very much and play out on buying it until the end of time.
