It is very difficult to attach all the different components to use at the same time. I have thrown away 3 of the attachments and can just lay on the long flat piece on my back. And the manual (such as it is) is written horrible and not all buttons or levels are described. Don't waste your money.

Era una regalo de navidad, tardo muchisimo, pero valio la pena. Muy buena calidad y si da buenos masajes, lo recomiendo.

Waste of money
I would leave zero if I could. First of all the long round neck piece has an odor in it which gave me a migraine. It is very difficult to attach all the different components to use at the same time. I have thrown away 3 of the attachments and can just lay on the long flat piece on my back. And the manual (such as it is) is written horrible and not all buttons or levels are described. Don't waste your money.

Not enough padding and to stiff.
Bought this for my son. He's quadriplegic and lays in bed slot. He tried using your product. Complaint the vibrating knobs heart his lower back said not enough padding. The neck and feet messages were to stiff.

Massaging it out.
I've only used it twice but it seems to be helpful the foot part seemed to close and I felt should have worked the incognito to the cafe area. the head part is hard but I used it on my bed I feel this is something for the floor workout. but other than that I'm still in use of it and trying to figure out how to work it. but so far I'm liking.

You get what you pay for
Not all that effective. Cumbersome to use, and at the moment it seems to provide any relief, shuts off. Also the mat isn't truly warming or comfortable. Thought of returning, but it is through UPS, which I always have had issues with. Maybe I can pass it off on someone, at a yard sale. Waste of money.

Good Idea - Poor engineering
Pros: The vibration elements are wonderful. The neck massager is adequate. Cons: The separate sections for the neck and leg massager are difficult to use because they have separate controllers and they're bulky. If you are using both, the head and leg massagers, one of them will "stall" because there is insufficient power to run them both. The heaters are much more powerful on the right side compared to the left.
