Directions Use on scars after wounds have completely healed. For laser surgery patients, begin using after the skin bed is healed (usually on the 7th to 10th post- operative day). Wash the affected area with warm water and mild soap. Pat dry. With a clean fingertip, apply a very small amount of CIMEOSIL® GEL to the affected area. Gently wipe away any excess. Use sparingly, as excessive amounts may stain bedding or clothing. Apply twice daily. CIMEOSIL® GEL may be covered with a cosmetic. Warnings: Care should be taken to avoid getting CIMEOSIL® GEL in the eyes or mucus membranes and when using it on newly healed tissues. Do not use on open wounds. If scar persists, redness, irritation, rash, pruritus (itchy skin), infection or maceration (whitening of skin) occurs discontinue use and consult your physician. KEEP THIS PRODUCT OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Special Storage and/or Handling Conditions: CIMEOSIL® GEL must be stored at 16°C (60°F) to 29°C (85°F). Disposal Instructions: This product is not biodegradable. Carefully dispose of it per local guidelines.
