I purchased this BUILD SKILL washing machine tap connector recently, and I’m very satisfied with the product. The build quality is strong, and the grip is excellent. It fits tightly on the tap without any leakage, which was my main concern. The installation was very simple—no need for any extra tools or plumber support. For normal household taps, the white ring inside is to be removed and attach metal part to the tap by screws.The blue threaded plastic ring with the black rubber washer inside with hole in the centre in place, is to be rotated clock wise and should be moderately tightened(with hand) so that the rubber black rubber washer will touch tightly the nozzle of the tap and will prevent the water from leaking and coming out. So there is no water leakage. It is correct fit.It is of good quality &very useful considering the low price.

Item is defective..does not fit properly to tap...it's a complete waste of money...

Perfect fitting on plastic tap.

The metal parts are fine, but the plastic parts are of average quality. The plastic cap threads slipped off as soon as I opened the tap and it flew like a rocket. Might have worked with some teflon tape, but that should not be the case ideally. I bought it as a replacement because the old ones metal had corroded after years. So I used the new metal connector with the plastic cap of the old one and it works fine in this configuration.
