Great Fit and Quality
I recently installed the Basenor spoiler on my Tesla Model Y, and I’m really impressed. It’s made of high-quality plastic that feels durable and well-made. The fit is perfect—it aligns seamlessly with the trunk and sticks securely with no issues. It adds a nice sporty touch to the car without looking over the top. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an affordable and sleek upgrade!

looks great
Very easy to fit. Use the stickers provided to get correct alignment, make sure the surface is clean de-greased and it works perfectly.

Great replacement Spoiler, if a little hard to position perfectly
So my wife managed to back our Model 3 performance into a lamppost, thankfully not hitting the bodywork but making a mess of the middle of the spoiler, so I did a quick search for a replacement and selected this one on the basis of the reviews I read. I'm happy to concur with the reviews in that the spoiler arrived quickly, was well packaged and looks great. All I had to do was replace the old one. After searching Youtube I found a video on how to do this, which was nice and simple in terms of removing the old spoiler. Then I gave the paintwork a good clean to get rid of the debris and muck accumulated under it from 4 years of driving before applying the new spoiler. The spoiler had about 3 different adhesive tape strips so I knew that once it was in place it was not going anywhere. The adhesive covers on the strips were a little fiddly to remove but once they were off I fitted the spoiler with no problem. My only issue was that once I had fitted the spoiler, I realised that it was not quite central on the boot (not noticeably though). My only suggestion for improvement is that they include a way to help you better position the spoiler so that it aligns perfectly. Otherwise I'm really happy with this and I think it's great value for the money.

Waste of money and time! Spend more and get a better example!
*** Edited following 6 weeks on car *** I have reattached this spoiler twice now with new 3M VHB tape following rigorous cleaning using degreasers and alcohol. The edges of the spoiler will not make contact correctly. The edges start to break loose then slowly works it's way looser after driving. It appears that the fit/manufature is still not good enough to fit the curves of the Model 3 boot. The item is now damaged after falling off of the car. All tolled, £120 wasted (spoiler and extra 3M). This is a great example of the old adage "Buy cheap, buy twice". *** Original Review *** Took a gamble on this one. As the advert explains, the fit is good and lines up with the body fairly well. The finish is matte which looks better than most carbon-effect items - which are normally glossy, making them look cheap. I've had this on the car for 3 weeks and after a couple of washes it came loose from the body. Luckily I noticed before I drove my weekday motorway commute. Unlike the genuine Tesla spoilers, this one does not have the locating pegs as well as tape. The item comes preinstalled with some cheap Chinese 3M wannabe tape which is probably why it lasted no time at all. I have now used some 3M 1.2mm to resecure. Fingers crossed it holds better.

Good quality fit on ‘73 MYLR
Really pleased with this. The finish matches the satin black trim of the car. It fits really well. Supplied 3M tape seemed well cut and it’s adhered well. I left it taped on for 24hrs and it’s taken well. Time will tell over weathering but so far it’s recommended.

Refused to stick on the edges
I bought this on the basis the reviews said it fits a 2021+ Model 3 and doesn't suffer from the issue of the corners not sticking correctly. I used the promoter supplied, stuck it on and within an hour both edges were hovering about 3mm from the car. Tried just about everything to get it to stick, absolutely refused. Also had glue all over it out of the box. Scraped it off but even with cleaning you could still see the glue stains when it was wet.
