Strangely enough, I got this to use for a baking scale. And while I haven't had the opportunity to actually do any baking, I was able to run some tests by weighing some rather lightweight items, and zero-ing the scale for a "container" then adding the lightweight items and their weights totaled exactly what they were previously. It's not like I'm a gold (or drug) dealer so the convenience of the size being small enough to fit into a pocket isn't all that relevant to me. However, since I live in a small apartment (about 600 sf) keeping things as minimal as possible is a priority. So I'm rather happy with these and looking forward to baking a cake from scratch and getting all of the ingredient measurements exactly correct :)

Good little scale.

I bought these, like many others, to check the accuracy of my home scales. I checked them on our kitchen scale and if they were the exact weight as shown on them, then the scale said they were bang on. That's assuming that my kitchen scale is reading correctly. Either way they were close enough for me to use. I'm now using these weights to calibrate a 3D printed filament scale made from a 1kg beam load cell, an Arduino Nano board and an OLED display. Nice to get a good idea as to how much filament is remaining on the spool before committing to a print. Good value for the money.
