Worked fabulously for my hot chocolate - I needed a more convenient way to serve it during winter holiday. Heated it up in a slow cooker transferred it over. Great capacity. Easy to use. Looks great. Cleaning is a bit cumbersome with hinged top, but the included brush makes it easier to clean out the inside. I felt it did a great job keeping the chocolate toasty warm.

I’ve been using this coffee airpot carafe with a cleaning brush, and it works really well for keeping beverages hot for long periods of time. It keeps hot water and coffee hot for up to 12 hours, making it perfect for use at home, in the office, or at events. The pump dispenser is very easy to use and pours smoothly without spilling. I also like that it comes with a cleaning brush, which makes cleaning the inside much easier, especially since the opening is narrow. The insulation is strong, and the exterior stays cool to the touch. I’ve used it for coffee, tea, and hot water, and it consistently maintains the temperature for hours. Overall, this is a practical and reliable airpot dispenser. I highly recommend it if you need hot drinks available all day without the need for constant reheating.

I have had three of these, and on every one of them the pump lever or mechanism broke.

Love this keep anything hot for a long time. No leak and very durable. Easy to use. Fit plenty of coffee, cream or milk. Love this

*** UPDATE *** I have updated my previous review below. I emailed Cresimo's customer service on 1/6/25 and received a response from them the same day. They asked for a picture of the broken item which I sent back by email. Wendell from Cresimo's customer service replied on 1/7/25 stating they would replace it and we should expect it to arrive on 1/15/25 - IT ARRIVED ON 1/15/25 AS PROMISED. - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPORT. I increased my rating based on the timely response and great communication from them. I would suggest to always email and do not depend on leaving a phone message in a general mailbox.. I purchased this air pot in August 2024. It does a good job of keeping coffee hot for a couple of hours.. Unfortunately, in less that five months the handle snapped, as shown in the attached photo. I tried duct taping the handle until I find a replacement but that was useless. I've contacted their customer support by email and am awaiting a response.. I will update this review once I hear from their customer support group.
