Back Brace for Lower Back Pain Lumbar Support Belt for Men and Women, Cooling Technology Orthopedic Back Support for Lower Back Pain Relief (Large)

36 year old male, chronic low back pain, gradually worsening over years. Got to the point where I had to start trying things for relief, this is one of the first things I tried. I was quite surprised at the level of pain relief it gave me. Of course it didn't eliminate problems or the pain completely (anyone with back problems knows that's just not in your fate, unfortunately), but the reduction in pain from daily tasks/movement was notable. Sitting/standing, turning, bending all less painful and much safer, as if I were much less likely to tweak any muscles or hurt myself in doing them. It is also pretty comfortable to wear, and not noticeable on your form if you wear a t-shirt or clothes that are not hugging your torso tightly. If you exercise or go out in 80+ degree weather with this on, it will get sweaty, of course. I find it's the most useful when sitting - it reduces strain and helps correct posture without conscious effort, both helping relieve pain. Recommended if you have nagging lower back pain. A lot more cost effective than a chiropractor, at least try as a first step.

I have purchased every back belt known to man over the years, but I thought I'd try this one because it looked "just right," right in between my heavy weight lifting belt and a very thin belt I wear around the house. With luck on my side, it arrived in the mail only ONE HOUR before I had to do a singing performance this afternoon, the perfect time to give it a test. I put it on and wore it during the entire 3-hour show, and I never felt better wearing any belt in my ENTIRE LIFE like this one, seriously!! I provided great support, while being thin enough to not show under my dress shirt. This will be my "go to" back belt, from now on.

This is the first brace I have purchased that fits well . I am 5'6" 114 # and other braces wrap so far around and are bulky. This brace comes in a small enough size to fit well. I was dubious about the pads but they are comfortable and seem to offer a bit more support in the right places. They only reason this is not a 5 star review is that despite the cool max, this brace is still hot. Not as bad as some others and I do think to get adequate support without obnoxious stays that poke into your ribs (found in some braces with lighter weight and cooler material this is best you can do. I definitely recommend this brace

Update: Since writing my review the company reached out and helped resolve my issue. They decided to send me a new outer strap which is just velcroed on. It's a smaller strap to help give compression since I was not getting that before. I still have the original brace that I bought, and it seems to fit much better. I do still wonder about going down a size for the brace as a whole, but for now, it should work, but I am losing a lot of weight right now, so the brace I have is almost reaching the end of the velcro when putting it on. At any rate, I like it much better and give it 5 stars because I also like it when companies reach out and listen to the problem(s) a customer is having, and they genuinely find ways to help resolve the issue. That is precisely what I received as we emailed back and forth as we talked through options. So, great product and fantastic customer service. So far I wore it half the day as I did chores around the house and did a few weights and running the other day. I think it's going to make life much less painful and a lot easier. The product is well made and should last a long time as long as you take care of it. If I do go down a size, I think I would like to buy another of the same brand regardless of the silly issues I had at the beginning of all this. Original post - I had purchased an L but received a XL with the X scribbled out. Not sure if they tried to "trick" me with the size but I will be returning the item.

This is a great back support, except for one crucial feature: It's not long enough to wrap myself in and I am a tiny, underweight person. I would have sent it back; but I wore it, so I must keep it.

Super fast shipping. After wearing it a couple hours the first few days I can really feel the difference. It's comfortable, provides support, and I think it helps keep my lower back warm which seems to help it loosen up during the day. Fits great and stays in place. The built-in plastic supports in the back work well and apply just the right amount of pressure on the lower back muscles on each side of the spine. Wore it on a 2 hr motorcycle ride and felt great afterwards, and the next day I couldn't even tell that I had been riding. This was not the case before I got the brace.

Fabulous and comfortable. I even wore it while I played 6 games of PickleBall. The side elastic ties are the KEY. The belt can fit as snuggly as you like and can be loosen to lightly support your back without taking it out or adding something to it. I love this back brace!

After a recent fall which exacerbated an older fall, my wife was in horrible pain. So, I purchased this for her. After wearing it for a day, my wife exclaimed that she had no pain at all in her lower back. She's been on pain medication for it for years. I should have bought one for her a long time ago. This product is quite sturdy. It has two hard plates on either side of the back for support, which end up being situated on either side of the spine. It is easily adjustable. It is light and does not dig into the ribs when sitting. This is well worth the purchase for you or a loved one who is experiencing lower back pain.

My wife and I play golf unfortunately she suffers from lower back problems she's OK on the front nine but on the back nine (quite hilly) is when the problem starts her lower back starts to ache so much she is unable to do a full back swing, I brought the Ally flex sports support in the hope it would work, it worked alright that well I've decided to cut her handy cap (she doesn't know it yet) she is over the moon with it the support I mean not the fact I decided to cut her handy cap. Fully recommend this sports support especially for🏌‍♀️👍 PS she wore it from the first tee off till the 19th.
