I took this product for about a year for my cystic acne. It helped the acne right away, but after a few months my acne came back. I kept taking it, because it did seem to help my PMS. I decided to stop taking it to see if it really helped or if it was in my mind. Let me tell you, the three periods that I had off it were the worst in my LIFE! My PMS was crazy! I was way more emotional than I had ever been and was even experiencing bouts of depression. Seven days out, I was eating everything that wasn't nailed down. My periods were so much heavier and I was changing my cup 3 and 4 times a day. I couldn't take another period like I had been having, so I decided to take it again. I wasn't experiencing any PMS symptoms, so I had to check my smart watch and it was due in TWO DAYS! I wasnt moody, wasn't over eating, much less bloating and cramping, and my period is back to being very light. Every body is different and it will obviously work differently for everyone, but anyone suffering from severe PMS should at least try this.

Such a great product for a few reasons. 1st. It makes my period a LOT less painful. When I’m not taking these pills, I have cramps for a week leading up to my period. Then killer cramps during my period which lasts a solid week. When I am taking these pills, I have no cramps leading up to my period. Minimal cramps during my period which lasts about 3 days. Second, my skin clears up from the annoying hormonal acne when I’m on these pills. It’s amazing. 3rd. Way less crabby mood days. I have hardly any pms while on these pills. 4th. I have hardly any headaches. I still get some headaches but they are from eye strain. There were a several months were I was out of these pills. Everyone was out of stock. So I purchased other pills such as Go With The Flo (didn’t work or help me in any way at all). As well as dim and chastberry and another blend on their own in hopes of mimicking these pills. Didn’t work at all. There is something just right about these pills. If you are unsure, just try it for a month. Obviously they will work in different ways for different people. But for the cost of these pills, it’s very worth a try

I am 38 years old, and since I was 18 years old I have suffered from hormonal acne. I have done 3 times treatment with Roacutan and I have improved only up to 1 year. and always came back to acne. I have used Tretinoin cream for years, and it has helped my acne to get no worse but it has NOT taken it away, I always had at least 5 pimples on my face, the kind that take 1 month to heal and when they were healing they came out 5 more. those pimples that come from within, hurt and leave a scar. I decided to buy these pills, I read people's comments and I decided to risk buying it (what else could I lose, if I've been trying many things for years) and it turns out that 2 weeks after starting to take the pills the acne inflammation began to go down and it hasn't come out anymore. I have been free of acne for 1 week (I had not seen my face like this for many years) I will continue to update you when I have been taking these pills for 2 months. It's worth a try? DEFINITELY YES.

This product has been a lifesaver! My hormones were so out of balance once I quit breastfeeding and I did not want to take birth control. My cycles are more normal and my skin has cleared up. The only reading I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price keeps going up which is disappointing.

After 3 weeks of taking 2 capsule a day per my acne got worst than ever. I have been experiencing irritability and mood swings which is unusual to me. It is very disappointed hoping that this product will make my look and feel better. However everything turned around and made it worst! I guess this product is not ment for me. I will highly discourage people taking this product. Sorry not sorry!

I had been taking Vitex for hormonal acne and PMS symptoms and had heard good things about DIM, so ordered this combo product - gave me terrible headaches and nausea for three days before discontinuing. I read that these side effects will usually go away in a few days to a week, but I can't be sick for a week while my body adjusts. Giving it three stars because the product itself is probably fine and seems to work for others; just be aware that these side effects are a possibility.
