Works great. Roasted a turkey for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. Roasted 2 chickens on my grill with same results. Unfortunately, temp readings became inconsistent. Followed the troubleshooting guide with no success. Called the company. Great service! Warranty still good. Sent me a replacement. Thank you!

Love this thermometer works as expected

I have only used this twice but it was easy to use, accurate and easy to read the digital display. So far so good.

Unsure of how accurate these are. Have several I use in the fridge and they all read slightly different if placed in the same location. Usually about 2-4 degrees different. Ok for freezer but when trying to maintain a tighter range in fridge seciton, slightly frustrating. Have tried other brands and they are wildly inaccurate.

This is the second time I bought this item. The first one lasted a couple years before the cable became non-responsive. I had the second one only a couple months, it was working fine, until it just went haywire. When i turned it on, it registered the room temperature in the 70's and kept climbing into the 80's. (its January in the northeast, my house temperature is close to 60) I ran it under cold water, the temperature didnt change. When it worked, it was a charm. It's just not reliable.

Works well--easy to use--good value

Really easy to use. I was able to use it for my Thanksgiving turkey. It was easy to program it to the desired temperature and when it was ready, the alarm was nice and loud. My turkey was cooked perfectly, unlike some years when I thought it was done, but still needed extra time. It stuck to the side of my fridge and the cord was long enough to stretch from the oven to the fridge without dangling too far, or not reaching far enough.

Use regularly when I’m cooking meats. Love it…love it!

use it couple of times on meat it works well but i didnt see it can use it for prawn or seafood cos it was not specified. Overall good to have one.

This is a great unit. I would recommend it to all.

Free advice: The crimping on the thermowell that is meant to hold the thermocouple in didn't hold mine in; it slipped further up during normal use, this lead to the oven temperature being read, however if you didn't notice and you used this for cooking your food might be at an unsafe temperature. This is easy fixed, just add additional crimps to the thermowell. I had to pull mine out completely, cut the thermowell, and reinsert. That said, it measured temperature accurately and I really enjoy it's functionality. The temperature alarm is a godsend. Minimum temperature for food on the back is printed in Fahrenheit and I'm a Celcius man.

I had high hopes for the brand Taylor but upon the very first use, the internal temperature reading was off by 32C!! Not 5 or even 8 degrees Celcius...32 degrees Celcius!! Meat was toast. DO NOT BUY!!!
