Works very well and I have had some good sleep!

Didn't work for me.

I thought I would try this and it works well for me - I only need to take one an hour before bedtime, and will take another if I wake during the night and can’t get back to sleep. Does contain melatonin.

It worked not as well as I would have wanted

I have been using Relaxium Sleep Aid for a few nights, and I can confidently say that it has significantly improved my sleep quality. The combination of melatonin and other beneficial ingredients, like magnesium, really helps me relax without leaving me feeling groggy the next day. Within just 30 to 45 minutes, I feel the effects kicking in, and I wake up feeling revitalized, much better than any other sleep aids I’ve tried. I particularly appreciate that it strikes the right balance; it’s effective without being too strong or overwhelming.

I was taking Sleep Fairy and then started relaxium, one pill about 30 minutes before my usual bed time. Relaxium is sooo much better. I sleep all night. If I wake up for some reason, I can go right back to sleep after getting comfortable. Also I can fall asleep quite fast. Highly recommend. I’m in my early 70s.

This is an excellent product as it works well and quickly without side effects

this product was unable to put me to sleep but i gave it 3 stars because it will mellow you out during the day if you have anxiety
