Compact Brushless Cordless Circular Saw Compatible with Makita 18V Battery, 20mm Arbor,Max Cutting Depth 1-7/10"(90°)

I bought this little guy to work on a wooden fence for someone else. It does work well. Cut that hard wood like a hot knife through butter. I am using it with an adapter, and milwaukee battery... Maybe thats why it worked so well. Anyway, for me, the price of this was well worth it.

This is a great little tool when you don't need to pull out the big circular saw. The price is right and the quality of the cut is really good. It feels heavy enough to do the job and it's a simple enough design to pull it out and use it easily and quickly. I've cut some trim with it and the alignment was spot on. Don't expect it to take the place of your big circular saw, but it's just what you need for quick and non-heavy duty jobs. It's a good value for those times when you need it!

The hex nut that holds on the blade arrived from the factory so tight that my husband and I, working together, could not get it off to install a blade to even try the saw itself. We tried the tools it came with and our own tools with much better leverage with no luck at all. Incredibly frustrating. Deserves no stars.

Excellent. Small, but mighty. Uses the same Makita batteries that power my drills, vacuum, etc.

This is okay but I’m disappointed with the precision of the cuts. It’s very difficult to assess where the cut will be made and the metal measures on the saw are crappy.

I saw the color and ordered fast. At this price I should have known it wasn’t Makita, and Amazon did not try to pass it off as such. But that said, it works fine, and, importantly, it’s compatible with the 18-V Makita batteries, so, for the price, a solid cordless saw.

Cuts very smoothly. I have a makita battery that works well with this. I keep this in my sprinter van just in case I need to make some repairs on it. It’s small and cordless, easy to store.
