For me the best part of this product is that it absorbs so well and manages odor. You do have to manage expectations that it is not a cure for incontinence but a tool to help you mitigate the fallout. I also find it helpful to place most of the pad to the back begin the pad where you begin and put the rest toward the back. There is a temptation because it is so long to sort of center it in the middle of the panty. I did have a few leaks that way but once you figure out positioning and also remember that while your body moves the pad doesn't this is a great tool. I have tried many and even tried the lighter absorbency of this brand but this is the one. It works well. A note to side sleepers you will have leaks. A brief is probably required for people who move around in their sleep. Having the muscle control to hold and then release urine to give time for the pad to absorb is also helpful. This probably isn't the product for everyone just based on needs but if you want to get out and about and need a little time to get to the bathroom or will have a full pad when you get there like me...This is the best one I have found It doesn't make me feel like I am straddling a sheep even when full..and doesn't break when I sit up from a night of sleep with a full pad...WORTH the few extra pennies per pad. Won't replace a brief or cure incontinence but will give you some dignity and independence if you know its limits and your strengths. Don't let disability or fear stop you..be brave. ALWAYS.

These sanitary pads are well-designed, comfortable, and extremely helpful for daily use. They allow me to carry them discreetly. The material is soft and non-irritating; I like to wear one every day because I suffer from incontinence. They are a huge help to me. I believe I’ve been using this brand for as long as I can remember.

This product beats the same Poise product. As an elder & cancer patient, for me, incontinency requires daily personal hygiene & constant repeated attention throughout my days. I prefer Always Discreet to maintain my dignity. It does the trick ! I'm grateful.

I’ve suffered from interstitial cystitis for over 30 years. This is an extremely painful condition for which there is no cure, only treatment. I feel I'm still too young to use diapers because I'm not incontinent. I do use several creams to cover the pain around the vulva and these pads serve as coverage so my panties won’t get stained. When the pain is extremely severe and the pills don't help with the cystitis and the severe pain that it causes, I have to have a “cocktail” of several medications inserted into my bladder through a catheter. When I started this treatment it was very helpful. After several years, after I get the treatments done I must lie down for two hours because my bladder starts spasming and the medicine leaks out. This is where I've found that the pads come in helpful. There are times I have to wear two at a time because the medicine will seep through. I also like that they are long enough to cover me well. I've had a few instances in which, if I need to urinate and I waited too long, I’d probably leak a little. So, I don't really worry, because I know I'm well protected. I've been purchasing this same brand and the size No 7 because it truly helps in my condition. Perhaps you wont need them a size 7 long, but whatever works for you, I highly recommend these pads, without question.!

this is the most absorbant pad you will find. Only thing i dislike is the cost- about $0.55 each and higher I became incontinent after surgery. Pull up diapers were not good enough then came the next type which can be better, but both sides are open and about impossible to use and fasten shut unless stand on your head so I went looking I finally found a pullup diaper and is one of the best- but 90% of time went right thru it my bladder completely empties each time and pull ups are not made for that but i looked more after several tries i found these pads- and wear them inside the pullup. . must be very careful how it is placed- needs some pullup room on both sides of pad so if it overflows will land in pullup. i have used 8-10 42 unit bags of these in about a year. I have had a few accidents and i carry extra leggings, pullup and pad- a necessity when leaving my home i have shared these with 4 people-, including a male who was going to mon's and he occasionally wet the bed, another person has problems with leaking bowels, this help so can get to bathroom and 2 like me- if you have a very heavy flow during your period snd nothing helps, try these this is an update the suggested topic of smell should not be there. my suggested update after using these about 2 year would be topics of no embarassment, the best, share with friends. Several people use these, with one woman buying them thru me. A store stocks them in my city a couple bags at a time. I cannot stress enough how these changed my life after almost 2 years of staying inside due to the need to carry dispers, pads, clothes, wipes garbage bags, all in a large back pack. because I would wet thru all if out 3 or more. hours. use these. you will be confidant about staying dry
