Penguin Pottery Glazes - Raku Series - Verdigris - Low Fire (16oz | 473ml)

This product works OK but do not expect it to come out a bright white. It doesn’t crackle as much as I expected and the actual color is a bit gray. This is a raku glaze and must be treated and fired like a raccoon glaze. I scrubbed it quite a bit, but it is still a gray color and not white. I wish the crackles were bigger so that the black cracks would show. But it’s OK if you know what you’re getting.

I did not get good results with this despite following instructions. My next attempt will use a thinner coat over an underglaze
