Very nice tea maker/kettle. I use it as a water heater and allow the tea to steep in my cup rather than in the kettle. Very fast to boil water.

Has all the features i want I researched and ordered this one and another to have hands on comparison Decided on this one As it seems sturdier and well made even though other one was a good contender. It does not have CUSTOM temp settings or LED but that was not as important as i figure ‘how precise’ do i need to be - this one has several temps to choose based on tea i am brewing. I have to set a separate timer for the brewing time unless i missed this feature in learning it so either way i am good on that EASY TO CLEAN sooooo happy Has a screen at the spout located on the lid to reduce any tea leaves escaping as you pour The lid removes in two pieces so makes kettle VERY SIMPLE TO CLEAN and wipe dry… then the tea strainer drops in easy no snapping in or hooking on to something so integrity will hold up and is easy to wash Pricing would have been nice to have a better price point but it did offer a coupon for $10 off at time of purchase so i got lucky OH AND THERE IS A LITTLE RECIPE BOOK for making teas with fresh fruits - oh how fun - looking forward to that Kettle is not dishwasher safe so hand wash is required but is easy as mentioned above - I don’t think any of them are dishwasher safe. At this moment I have had this about a week and have used it a half a dozen times so far and so far I love it and would make same purchase if I was doing it again. Glass is German and kettle made in China - eh - i think they all are

Tea maker works well lost a start cause when making tea/coffee you only fill it to the first line which is enough for two large cups. I was hoping it would make more at One time. Early to clean, stainless steel/ glass insides drink from no plastic. Brews well not super strong tea because it uses the steam to brew it but it turns out well.

I don't typically write reviews, but I wanted to share that this is a FABULOUS tea maker!!! I know it's a little pricier than others, but let me remind you that you get what you pay for folks. This is sleek, sturdy, exemplary craftsmanship, SO easy to use and it's stainless steel so it will always be in style! The water/tea temps heat up quickly AND the bottom of the pot is only warm to the touch - even if it's removed immediately after the water boils at the highest temp (212 degrees). It's not bulky or heavy and the handle is comfortable to hold. And no, I wasn't given anything free or paid to write this review. I am just so thrilled to have this tea pot in my office that I wanted to tell the Amazon :0) Update - 3 months later - I had a malfunction issue with the base of the tea pot and contacted BUYDEEM directly. They responded immediately and helped resolve the issue right away. A replacement part was needed and they shipped it to me the next day. Their customer service was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Great product AND great customer service - what's there not to love!!!

High quality product. Will not disappoint.

Brand new, I filled the carafe to about750ml, set on 212deg, added loose tea. Turned it on and waited. 45 minutes later the water was hot but the tea leaves were still dry. 30 minutes later it was dropped off at Amazon return. A poorer design would be hard to find. This appliance would undoubtedly work faster if I only used 1 cup of water in it. Maybe that is works for some people but I need to fill 2 mugs at breakfast.

❗️UPDATE❗️I originally left a negative review because my kettle cracked at the base. I wasn’t even sure it had a warranty, but after contacting BUYDEEM I learned it comes with a 1‑year warranty. I reached out on a Thursday, and by Sunday I already had an updated version of the kettle 🫖 in my hands. The process was smooth, and I’m very happy with how quickly their customer service handled everything. The new kettle works perfectly, and I appreciate the company standing behind their product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this tea maker in February, and by August I noticed the first crack on the base. At first, I thought maybe one of my kids had dropped something on it, even though they denied it. But when the second and third cracks showed up just a couple of weeks later, I knew it wasn’t them—it was the product itself. Frustrating, because this tea maker is expensive and only lasted about six months before showing problems. It worked well while I could use it, but with the cracks spreading, I don’t feel comfortable continuing to use it.

I am very excited about this purchase. The clear glass is pretty, very attractive tea kettle. Works fast, easy to use. Printed on the glass are cups, ounces and ml all very helpful in measuring amount of tea. Easy to clean. Take out the infuser when tea is ready, the tea then stays warm and same desired strength. The manual is easy to read and simple clear instruction. I like a little longer brewing time then most of the suggested and that is one of the advantages of this kettle, adjusting to your own strength. By trying the recommended I now like a green tea not quit as strong as I had been doing. The greatest thing is easy to make tea for several people at once. This kettle can be used to just boil water quickly for other purposes as well as tea making, just leave out the infuser and press boil. The numerous settings are great. Included is a colorful recipe pamphlet for making all kinds of flavored teas. Haven't come up with any negative

I highly recommend this tea maker, i did not read the manual carefully in the beginning... so i thought, the machine did not brew except black tea, and i requested return, the return placed successfully, but because i really love the machine and its German strong and neat manufacturing, i decide to go again through the manual and read it carefully, step by step, i found i was wrong... and the machine work and brew perfectly in all choices, green tea, herbal tea, coffee and black tea, then i canceled my return request immediately, and i decide to keep this very very lovely tea maker. Please please read the manual carefully and follow-up all steps before you decide to return.

This is a wonderful tea maker. It keeps tea hot for hours and makes great black or green tea. Fast, efficient and elegant

Leaving a review after using for a few months. It brews great tea and is very easy to clean. The downside is that while the pot holds 1500ml you can only use a maximum of 750ml for tea. I suppose it’s a combination kettle and tea brewer but I already have a kettle and just want the brewer. If you can only brew 750ml then make a 750ml tea brewer that takes up less space.

All I have to say is run and buy. I love this kettle, the boiling aspect is very fast and has different brewing. I’ve had it for a few months now and have no complaints 10/10
