Its Very Genuine Omega product, Value for Money.

Effective but big to ingest
The delivery was smooth. I have ordered for my husband with high cholesterol and BP. So, we take this medicine as a supplement. The size is too big for ingestion. With proper diet( no sugar, no salt and less oil) and 20 mins excercise daily, his BP has comes down by 10 to 12 from orginal reading. As we are non vegetarian, we skip this tablet on the days we have non-veg. The ingredients mentioned are very much required to increase good cholesterol.
