CastleFlexx Mobility and Full Body Strengthening Device

I am super tight, partly by genetics and partly due to having some injuries that left me with some permanent damage that required surgery. I am always cycling in and out of PT, something my doctor told me would be necessary for the rest of my life.Anyway, this was suggested to me by someone who understands flexibility very well. I was skeptical at first---I mean, this IS a $250 stretching strap---but a nice coupon got me to bite. Yes, there are cheaper alternatives. Yes, I could use a towel or a regular stretch out strap. Those things are all true.And yet....It's very, very well made of high quality canvas, cork, and aluminum, unlike the cheaper stretch out straps, and it's sized properly, unlike the towel. It's way easier to use than the alternatives, especially for someone like me who's not naturally flexible. The weight seems like it wouldn't be a big deal but turns out to make it a lot easier to control (I tried with and without). Overall, I find it much easier to use, especially to keep my foot in it while stretching my posterior chain, which is naturally very tight and is not my favorite thing to do. Lying down with my leg up it does a nice job of getting my calf and hamstrings all at once. It can also be used sitting down in a chair for a quick stretch.A skilled PT or trainer really knows how to push my muscles in a way that I've never felt I could manage on my own, even with the CastleFlexx. But it's a lot better than any alternative I've ever found and is a very good to use between sessions. If it keeps me out of PT for some extra time, that's worthwhile.

After just 10-15 minutes a day, I’ve noticed way more flexibility and less tension. Plus, it’s lightweight and easy to travel with.Pricey? A bit. Worth it? Absolutely. If you’re serious about mobility, recovery, or just want to feel better in your body, this is a no-brainer.

I absolutely love this! I don’t feel as stiff in my lower back and my calves don’t cramp up anymore after being in work boots on concrete for 12 hour shifts. I can get a deep stretch easier by myself without feeling like I’m straining to hold a position. This paired with my chirp contour has helped with my aches and pains.

I bought this over a year ago and never used it.I drive for a living and recently my lower back and IT band have been flaring up and causing me alot of pain.I used the XL Castle Flexx last night for the first time for about 20-25 minutes.I woke up feeling great! (I need to learn how to use it to target more areas of my body?I wish I had used it sooner.I will be putting this in my car to use while on the road to keep my back loosened up while I drive for work.Don't let the price tag scare you away! It helps get a deeper stretch!

My Pilates instructor turned me on to the CastleFlexx. This ingenious device helped lengthen my stretch all the way through my foot, calf, hamstring and glute freeing up my lower spine. My husband, who has tight hamstrings from 40 years behind a desk now can move throughout his spine. He has gotten relief from sciatica. I also like that it comes with a book of stretches and has helpful YouTube videos. Straps and Therabands just cannot compare with the design and functionality of CastleFlexx. It also makes me happy to support a VetOwned business.

I was a bit skeptical that this product would make a difference, or that I would actually use it long term and let me tell you, I was wrong. This product is great, it has helped me with my tight hamstrings and hips and I use it often! Worth the price of admission.
