I cannot recommend Legendairy Milk’s Liquid + Cash Cow lactation supplement enough! As a new mom, I was initially worried about my milk supply, and after trying several different products with little success, I stumbled upon this gem. From the moment I started using it, I noticed a significant boost in my milk production. The blend of natural ingredients really works wonders—no weird aftertaste or discomfort! I appreciate that it's made from clean, effective components; it gives me peace of mind knowing I'm giving my body what it needs to support my baby. Another huge plus is how easy it is to incorporate into my daily routine. Just a few drops, twice a day, and I’m set! The packaging is also cute and discreet, which is a nice touch. Beyond just the improvement in my milk supply, this supplement has also helped me feel more confident in my breastfeeding journey. It’s comforting to know that I have a reliable product that supports my body during this important time.

These supplements always have helped me when I noticed a dip in my supply. I typically take 3 of each to make both bottles stretch, and I find that it really helps me. They are honestly worth it in the long run, when you have difficulty keeping your supply up. I definitely noticed the difference, even though these are a little pricey.

I was struggling with my milk production/supply and these vitamins helped me. I noticed a difference after the second month of taking them consecutive.

These were okay. I have mixed feelings. These were both effective and not effective. They increased the amount of hindmilk I made but not the actual volume I was producing. Increasing the amount of hindmilk I produced was helpful for my nicu baby, but if you're looking for quantity of milk I don't believe this will make a difference. However quality over quantity. These don't taste terrible, however I would take them with water so I never tasted them very much. They didn't upset my stomach very much and I'm not convinced that they contributed to my son's stomach issues as he was born with them. They didn't make a difference in pain with breastfeeding. My biggest issue with these are the price. They are not a bad option however they are very costly for the amount you get and the amount of capsules it is recommended to take a day! These will definitely break the bank.

Didn't help me produce anymore breastmilk but I think I had underlying issues that needed more care than just this supplement alone

I increase my supply in 2 days but kept taking fora few more days. Might be a fluke but i felt like it started to make my supply go back down by around day 6. Id say great for initial boost but then back off and let your body do the rest body armour lyte,oatmeal and brewers yeast in home made cookies has kept me in good supply but these are great for the random dips.
