3-NOV-22 UPDATE: I am STILL in love with this tumbler! It still performs as advertised, still keeps all of my beverages hot/cold as filled, and has survived more drops than can be counted. I am here searching for another similar (but larger capacity) tumbler to use for brewed beverages that I use with plant-based milk or creamer (I don't like to mix uses), and lamenting that the Sacred Lotus Love company does not make one in the capacity for which I am searching. As part of this process, I happened to read a review that mentions arthritic hands and the challenges of opening the top. I would have to say that I have found this to be a valid concern. However, as you can see from the attached photograph, I've managed to find a workaround by putting a silicone band around the top, which provides just enough texture to enable easier opening. I'm updating this review to share this information, as well as a picture of my tumbler after more than four years of continual use, multiple times daily. Hope this helps! This is the most perfect tumbler I've ever had the pleasure of owning. From the packaging, the beautifully written poem and Rumi quote, to the lovely etched symbol for the Anahata Love Chakra, the visuals of this tumbler are gorgeous. The real selling point, however, is not how beautiful the tumbler is, but how functional it is, and this one fits the bill wonderfully! I'm delighted with the dual strainer system, which allows me to use loose leaf tea, steep in the tumbler, and sip throughout the day/night. I've used it multiple times daily since purchasing (to replace an 8 oz glass one I'd broken, and for which I'd paid $19.99 +tax), and it keeps my brews hot for hours, plus I don't have to worry about the strainer falling out as I sip, because it locks into place, and it's leak proof. I drink tea, tisanes, and decoctions throughout the day and throughout the year, so I anticipate that this tumbler shall be well-used and well-loved for a long time to come. Although there are other tumblers which appear to be similar, I'm overjoyed with this particular model and the Sacred Lotus Love company, because the only love symbol and messaging of the company project exactly the type of life I want to live and the vibe I want to express in this world.

I'm not one to write reviews, but after the amazingly personal, responsive, caring, and heart-based service I received from this company, I felt I needed to share. Rarely have I experienced a company whose purpose is so well demonstrated by their products and by their customer support. I ordered the 18 oz bamboo tumbler through Amazon, and had a question about the product when it arrived. I contacted the company through the email address that was provided with the item - and to my complete surprise I received a heartfelt and personal response from one of the company owners within a few hours of writing. My concerns were responded to in a way that completely put me at ease, and demonstrated the company's tagline to inspire, connect, and spread love. So often we deal with impersonal corporate entities, whose heart is nowhere to be found. How refreshing to find a company that so completely represents its mission statement through all that it does. Knowing that there is real heart behind the product I purchased is allowing me to feel even better about using it, and I can easily say that my heart gets a little giggle of happiness each time I use my thermos, because I'm remembering the very positive interaction that I had. The thermos is beautifully crafted, feels good in my hand, fits easily into my car cup holder, and is so gorgeously packaged I felt like I was giving a gift to myself. The strainer that attaches at the top allows me to either put loose tea into a secure covered basket to steep, or have the tea float freely in the thermos to be strained when the unit is tipped, which is my preference, as I like my tea to continue to steep. Everything about the thermos represents quality. My tea is staying warm for hours, allowing me to nurse it over time, and it pleases me to know that while doing so, it is being infused with more love. I can highly recommend the product due to its functionality, beauty, packaging, thoughtfulness of design, and company responsiveness. I like knowing that I'm supporting a company that is making a difference in the world, and I look forward to purchasing additional products from them, and to giving multiples of this item to my family and friends, who will enjoy the thermos and my story as much as I do.

I very rarely write product reviews. I purchased this item this month for international travel and the fact that all of my vaccum sealed travel mugs are terrible for loose tea. I reviewed several similar products and tested one that my brother in law owned. I don't like stainless products that have a painter external coating because eventually they all peel off. I also don't like plastic thermous products because I tend to leave boiling liquid inside my containers for long times and don't want chemical leave. And glass is not great for travel. Several key features about this that stood out at purchase and have proven to be durable and functional. 1. The rubber bottom is fantastic. Helps stabilize it when put down, even on an airplane that was experiencing regular turbulence. So far the bottom had not degraded. 2. The bamboo exterior protects the stainless vaccum seal portion so if dropped it does not dent. It also is natural bamboo and isn't paint, so it won't chip or flake off over time and risk falling in my cup. The bamboo finish is very well done, no gaps, no exposed glue, no uneven spots. I am really impressed. 3. The stainless filter inside for filtering loose tea is extremely fine and was able to filter even fine rooibos tea with almost no granules coming through. It fits inside the container perfectly and has not come loose during use. 4. No hot spots when filled with boiling water. It is just warm. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone that enjoys tea and travels. This review was done completely independently. Endlich kann ich auf der Arbeit heißen Tee trinken! Alles wasserdicht, aber man muss aufpassen, dass die äußere Bambusschicht trocken bleibt, weil sie sich sonst verfärben könnte. ( steht, aber extra nochmal im kleinen Häftchen) Bin sehr zufrieden!

Es la primera vez que lo veía y me parece muy buena. mantiene muy bien la temperatura tanto de frío como de calor y es muy útil además de tener un diseño bastante simple pero bonito. Muy bien embalado y cuidados todos los detallos. Tiene tapa hermetica por lo que el liquido no se sale, y puedes poner las hojas del té para hacerte una infusion. Muy útil y recomendable

I Love It!!! Great quality. It shows that is made with love and thought. I was looking for a bottle with no plastic(or very little), a spiritual touch and something to protect it or travel with. The message is pure love (you'll see). THE ONLY thing is the silicon ring that come out sometimes when you open it, but other than that I'm very happy and a satisfied customer. I will buy it again for a gift in the future. THANK YOUUU!!

I love all the details of these beautifully thought through designs... they really feel elegant and luxurious. I bought one each for my mum, sister and I and they're such a beautiful flask to enjoy!! Very rarely do you receive something that just keeps on giving....they come with heart inspired love notes and not one, but two carriers that are stylish and cool. Really really love these and will buy more as the perfect gift...good job

I have had a lot of flasks in my life (as my profession is singing, and I'm always on the go), but this one exceeded my expectations. I thought I would just use it for tea, but I have used it everyday since I got it. The design is beautiful, it great to look at and hold. It has a lot of space on the inside, much larger than your average water bottle. The infuser has a lid and handle, so that your coffee/tea/fruit doesn't fall out. The lid is very secure. I popped this into my suitcase with my costumes, and I'm happy to report there were no leaks! Also, I keep hot tea in it over night, and it was still hot when I woke up. I think this flask outstanding, especially considering the reasonable price. And it's not made of plastic! The company itself seems to have a good ethos as well, not your typical big business, so it's nice to think you are supporting something positive.
