This iPad stand really exceeded my expectations! First of all, its design is very simple and generous, stable on the desktop and does not take up space, which perfectly fits into my work environment. The stand that folds out is a bit narrow and assumes you won't have any protective case on your ipad. This is also true for the connector jack. It's too short to reach the iPad plug without extension to reach through the protective case. The memory expansions is a great feature after you format it with a computer first. Something that wasn't mentioned and lead me to contact support regarding unrecognized memory. Overall easy fix once you have the info. I plugged in my laptop to format the added SSD. I have ipad mini 4 hooked up too it via a USB C to lightning adapter and use it to play music independent of the desktop. The SSD i used it with has 1T and stores my large music connection. It all works.

The dock works well although it's really too small for a full-size iPad. For some reason the "connect to device" cord (included) only connects about half the time. For my home, I will probably get a larger dock - this one will be great for portability. I'm not terribly dissatisfied but I wouldn't buy again after using.

I purchased this PULWTOP Docking Station for my Ipad Pro 12.9 M1(5th Gen) in 2024. I don't even know why i purchased this because I rarely used my ipad. I used this Dock a couple of times before but now I have been running into issues not staying connected. I went to the manufacturers website to double check the ipad compatibilities and it does state that it should work with my Ipad. I use a 100w USB C cable and still doesn't seem to stay connected. My Ipad stops charging after a minute when its connected to the built in USB C cable. Inconsistent power draw? Bad built in cable? possibility. however, the only reason for this purchase was to expand storage and dock at the same time. its a paperweight now.

This has worked so far. Makes my iPad mini feel more like a small laptop now. I can add more things to it via the usb C input even an extra 4 USB C input usb C hub that’s really small. that helps expand it with out extra bulk and such. I use this for recording my guitar into Logic Pro and saving into a ssd that I add via the really small usb hub I mentioned earlier. So far I haven’t added a ssd into the unit itself yet as I’ve yet to buy one. Everything else in this I know works great. Con: my only issue is I wish the inputs were placed on the back and not the sides but that is my only personal issue with it. Update 1: the cable available for connecting to the iPad or tablet is thick and cumbersome. It makes connecting to my IPAD MINI difficult as it tries to bend and that makes a stable connection difficult. I’m currently using an angled adapter to make things work better. Also make sure if your using a case for your tablet that the built in cable has enough space to connect flat against the input of the tablet. Or it will not connect properly.

I'm super pumped about this docking station for my iPad pro. I am using it primarily on the road while travelling as I do not need the use of a laptop, my iPad does quite well, especially paired with this dock, my portable keyboard and wireless mouse. I've got a 2 TB gen 3x2 drive in the dock and it works great with my iPad. I appreciate the tool-less install of the SSD, a nice touch. I am using it to store pictures that I take for my business. It has greatly increased the amount of photos I can carry with me before having to offload them to my production machine. Which by the way is really easy. You can just plug the dock into a USB-C port on your rig and away you go. Anyway, the features that this dock gives you, along with it's great aluminum build quality, really leads you to being happy with the performance and look of this device. It folds down flat for easy travel and pairs really well with a portable monitor as well. My portable monitor uses HDMI connection and it works great through that. I am unable to test if a USB-C based monitor works through the USB-C port. Overall, I am really happy with this iPad dock and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice portable docking solution for their iPad pro.

Hay varios puntos a destacar y considerar de este concentrador (hub) y creeme, no hay duda de que es una GRAN opcion por precio y capacidades. 1. Excelente material, calidad, y acabado. Al nivel de cualquier marca premium disponible. 2. Gran cantidad de puertos y expansiones disponibles, todas en sus ultimas versiones, por lo que no deberas preocuparte de baja velocidad para escritura/lectura de datos, o bajas frecuencias para transmitir videos hacia monitores o pantallas extendidas. 3. Ranura de expansion PCIE para discos duros de estado solido. Discreta, funcional y con sus accesorios incluidos (goma disipadora de calor y sujetador) 4. Diseño compacto, ligero y con tres disferentes angulos de inclinacion para descansar la tableta. 5. Resistencia para soportar tabletas medianas y grandes sin problema. Super recomendable en todo sentido. En mi caso se usa con un disco SSD de 1TB PCIE, y una tableta de 11” de pantalla. Vale la pena. Muy versatil.

Yo no lo recomiendo para iPad Pro13 no cabe se cae, su cable es demasiado pequeño; como está guardado en dos posiciones y aunque es grueso no hace bien la conexión; se desoldó y para el reembolso los de estafeta te cobran por devolverlo 😒
