Love this machine. Very sturdy for the price, great for a mom of 2 with no time to go to the gym nor do I want other people watching my kids. Great for beginners and intermediate fitness levels

Assembly was straightforward, and all the parts were included with clear instructions. The power cage feels sturdy and high-quality, making it perfect for my home gym setup and easy to use for a variety of exercises.

Love this cage! Had all the features I was looking for including the barbel holder and sway arms. Although I only received 1 ankle strap, but I didn't mind cause I have several. Setup instructions were stupid hard to follow, so I had to use the picture on the front. Also no instructions were included for the exercise arm attachment so again, use the picture. Would also have loved if they would have numbered the slot holes, but I took care of it with a sharpie. Other than that, the cage is excellent and perfect height for my short ceiling basement. Would purchase again!

Waited a couple weeks to actually use this and get a feel for it. For the money this is a great buy. It loses a couple points for minor things, like not having the height holes numbered, easy fix but it’s not done from the factory. The weight holders on the back are mounted in a way if you squat deep enough you hit the weights on them. But overall it’s really nice to have and seems sturdy. Definitely recommend anchoring it though even though it’s solid it has some wiggle.

Cage with triceps attachment. The one I received was in excellent condition with plenty of attachments. This works great for me as I only lift for staying in shape. Great product.

When I got it the packaging was all torn up. The metals were bent. Some have indentations. Some pieces are broken. The provided cables doesn't fit through the holes, so the lat pulldown, seated row, and all the cable pulleys were useless. Half the functions were unusable. The base wasn't even level. Low quality items, with bad instructions and design. It feels tiny and cramped. Would rather spend the money on a proper rack. This has been nothing but a headache. Can't even return it as the packaging was torn up. Ended up as junk.

Use the video for directions!! This thing is worth every penny!!!! Not only is it affordable but it’s solid, contains tons of attachments and is everything I could have asked for! Now I just need to buy a bigger bar and I’m set!

6, on a scale of 1 easy to 10 hard to put together. Instructions could be a little more clear, but when it is all done, its pretty solid and will suffice for my in home gym for a 55 year old who is not trying to over do it, but still wants a good work out.
