Yellow Cake Baking Mix

For cake mix it’s not bad. It’s very moist. If there is any thing neglect about the cake I would say it did rise like I thought it would. I made it in a 13 x 9 pan not the round cake pans. But the taste is there.

Mouthwatering!!! This is the most moist and delicious cake just by itself-no icing. My whole family is hooked. Love this cake mix and it doesn’t have all the bad ingredients like store bought brands.

This is so easy to make yet delicious. It has a rich taste and not overly sweet. Bob’s Red Mill products are high quality and relatively healthy. Yum.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This brand is known for high quality, clean ingredients and value. I have diet restrictions that require me to scrutinize ingredients on products before I buy them. The ingredients in this mix are the best I've found thus far. The taste is unmatched by other cake mix brands. It always comes out moist, fluffy and with a wonderful flavor and texture. I highly recommend this mix to anyone looking for a better ingredient clean cake mix alternative.

Thus review is for the regular wheat flour Bob’s Yellow Cake mix. What consumers need to know and notice is that these ingredients are SO MUCH better than Pillsbury, Betty Crocker and Duncan Hines - there’s no artificial flavors or colors or preservatives or other junk. Plus there’s no genetically modified ingredients. The taste and texture is terrific and although not organic like Miss Jones’ vanilla cake mix it has better flavor, although you may want to add a teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract to boost the taste. So glad Bob’s Red Mill has some “non” gluten-free options! Yum!

One of the best mixes I have used. Cake is moist, less dense as most that are gluten free! Love that this is dairy free as well!

I have purchased this product several times and it is quality product. I use several of the Redmill products and am pleased with all of them This cake mix is super moist and has a good crumb. It also bakes up pretty well . It has good ingredients compared to other cake mixes. I would reccomend this cake mix .

I work hard on avoiding highly processed foods, but sometimes you just need a treat. Great as cupcakes for portion control, snacking, and portability. I like that all the ingredients are "no chemical dictionary " required to know what you are about to ingest.
