I’ve been using BPI Best BCAA for a few weeks and I really like it. The Blue Raspberry flavor is actually pretty good and not too sweet. I usually take it after workouts, and I’ve noticed less soreness and quicker recovery. I also like that it’s caffeine-free, so I can take it in the evening without messing up my sleep. It mixes well and helps me stay hydrated too. Definitely a solid option if you're looking to build lean muscle and recover faster.

Waited ~30 days to write a review to really evaluate product's effectiveness. I take it every morning when I wake up (as per the directions) and then have a cup of coffee or two before working out, but no food so workout is in fasted state. Typically I do cardio, HIIT cardio, and/or body-weight workouts in the morning (30-45 minutes). I will say about a month into using the product, my body comp has changed. Weight is down slightly but body measurements (chest, waist) are all down inches. I also do Crossfit or lifting in the afternoon and use BPI Best BCAA before those workouts. I continue to watch what I eat (no strict diet, just across the board moderation, with primary target being protein grams equaling lean mass) and truly believe this product is helping me maintain/grow muscle as I lose body fat as I can see in my body composition (weight loss is not a target, strength and fitness growth with better body comp is target). I enjoy the Fruit Punch flavor, albeit it is slightly sweet. Only recommendation (if BPI ever reads this) find a way to remove fake sweeteners and/or additives.

Taste good and seems to help me with keeping weight off and fast muscle recovery for a mid 50's guy.

Took it for the first time this morning. First impression, as many reviewers have noticed, is that the product tastes great! I ordered the watermelon ice. I noticed a little kick of energy within 5-10 minutes after taking it. My workout seemed slightly better this morning. I was able to get an extra pump or two during my normal routine. As this was the first time I took the supplement, it's hard to tell whether it's a placebo or whether the increase can be attributed to the supplement. I'm interested in seeing if my soreness is down in the morning. What sold me on the product is that is labeled as "shredded". I want to gain some more definition and muscle mass. Currently I'm taking the creatine and whey protein supplements from BPI along with this product. I also take a liquid B12 supplement as a "pre-workout". I will update the review when my first tub is empty and reorder if I'm seeing noticeable results.

This product has great flavor and does what it’s supposed to do, the only killer of this brand for me is that they use sucralose, which kills your gut bacteria.. and once those little guys are gone, you can’t get them back. I will say as far as supplements go, I feel good when I take it, but I don’t believe in putting harmful ingredients in products and marketing them as a Fitness Aid when it’s causing more damage in the long run. I most likely won’t be purchasing again

As a late 50s something training hard for an endurance climb and a weights competition, a supplement is very necessary. BPI seems to work. I am able to train for longer and recover quicker . While the flavor is described as 'Fruit Punch'... I am not entirely sure which exact fruits made it into this pack! The flavor is quite bitter and to my palette it tastes like almonds.. not a bad thing in my opinion.

Just got the product today. I trust that the BCAA and the L Carnintine content is correct ..... I must say that this is the best tasting bcaa I've got. I've tried so many brands and they are really sweet and a very strong chemical taste. This tastes good and not too sweet. I also like that it combines 2 compounds. Saves me money buying l carnitine seperatedly. The concentration is also surprisingly high

Really good for muscle recovery. After working out, the BCAA helps with muscle recovery and I don’t really feel too sore. Biggest disappointment is the seal on the product itself. In the picture, there was a small opening on the seal and you can see the powder along the edge. Most likely due to the glue on the seal starting to breakdown. Not sure how long the product has been on the shelf. Just hope that future products would have a better seal. Hope to see more flavours too!
