Bought for my parents to use at their cafe. They love it! It’s super easy to use, it’s well made, and the design is not over whelming. It’s made the flow at our cafe so much better and I’m not sure why we haven’t started using one earlier!

Love it for my business

One of the pad is not working properly. It is not really ez to use this whole thing either. For its price, the quality of poor. Save your money and go buy another one as there is plenty of options out there.

Better than calling out numbers and names

They work well, they are just expensive nothing outstanding.

The media could not be loaded. I don't know why this restaurant pager system got so many negative reviews because for me it works perfectly. Setup is practically non-existent, it's ready to be used right out of the box. Just screw in the small antenna to the base, plug in the power supply, and put 16 pagers into the slots. That's it! All pagers are pre-programmed and connected to the base. To page, just punch the number you need to ping and press the “phone” button and voilà! The base actually does not have any buttons, the keypad is touch based and works as it should. On the left side of the keypad, there is a small numeric display that shows you the pager's number that you are currently pinging. Pagers seem to be well-made; they are small and light. On the front of the pager, there is a pager number (it's not an LCD screen though as you may think looking at the product page photos, it's just a sticker) and a button to stop paging. On the back there are two terminals for recharging it when you put it back into its slot on the base. It's simple to use and it works perfectly. Overall I'm super happy with these pagers and it definitely gets the job done. Me and my husband have a food truck and sometimes during lunch hours it gets kind of busy so I thought this would be a good way to call people out for their order without having to shout or block the order window. We got to put this to the test this past week and overall I'm very happy with it. It definitely vibrates and calls the customer up. We did have to troubleshoot a couple things but after reading the instruction manual we were able to figure it out and it was super easy. Everything is super easy and straightforward. They come well packed and secured so you don't have to worry about Damage Done to them. The one area I would like to see improved is how well they are made. I think that they are a little bit thin and cheap for this price. Very lightweight and not much durability to them. I feel like if they were accidentally stepped on or something they would probably completely shatter. I would just like to see them be more durable and heavy duty in the future. Overall still about an 8 out of 10 and I'm happy with it for what we are using it for.
