I have tried melatonin in the past and it didn't seem to work. I was getting pretty desperate for some sleep and I decided to give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked for me. I am not saying it knocked me out all night but I was getting a longer segment of uninterrupted sleep. I don't mind the flavor of the gummy. It didn't have any weird after taste.

I've been taking these for over a year now and I find within 15 minutes I'm starting to doze. I dont have a problem going to sleep, my problem is staying asleep, and these really help for that. Although it helped me sleep, it gave me such a hangover the next day it was close 1:00 p m, before I could really wake up well enough to do anything. Then I read that melatonin, has that side effect most people.
