Works really well but I still feel a bit groggy in the morning

Works well, just as expected. It's a time released gummy... Not sure about the time release effects (because my kids often wake in the night.... They always have), but it tastes good and helps my autistic children calm down for bedtime making bedtime easier for everyone.

For me, these have worked better than the ones that aren’t time-release. I stay asleep better throughout the night whereas the regular ones helped me fall asleep, faster, but I’d wake up more throughout the night. I think they taste better too.

Seems to help me fall asleep, but it doesn't seem to be any more "extended release" than traditional melatonin gummies. I still was still wide awake at 3am every night.
