Love this creatine. Been using these for a few years now and wouldn’t change. Feel strong and recover quickly between sessions in the gym. No cramps in muscles which I had with other brands and very easy to consume. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to add gains and a regular in the gym.

Good product, Serving size is 4 capsules a day! that is far too much and you will have better value buying the powdered form from sites like my protein instead.

I hate the powders so having the capsule option is perfect for me, solid!
