Elegant door handle with lock
I have been using it on all my bedroom doors for almost a year now. No issues reported so far. Looks elegant. Little pricey.

Nice product but closing issue
The locks look very nice and are very comfortable to open and close, but when the lock is put on the door there is some issue with the opening and closing. Like u have to close it a few times for the door to fully close. The lock doesn't just close properly if u close the door softly, u have to either shut it hard or use little force to close it.

Product Quality Inconsistent!
Product was defective before installation. The key could not be extracted from it's keyhole no matter how much lubrication or hard pulling was done. Unfortunately, replacement or refund could also not be claimed as my carpenters were on long leave and the issue was detected only after expiry of claim window. I couldn't find the option for claiming the company warranty either, which Amazon developers need to address, I believe. Thus, I'm compelled to give the lowest rating while also concluding that Plantex products aren't well designed or finely engineered to avoid such redundancies.
