These are wonderful Norwegian vitamins that are high quality and definitely worth the price. You get 3 months worth, this includes all the major B vitamins and has proven to help with my horrendously sluggish energy levels. I do suffer chronic fatigue syndrome (due to other health issues) which is extremely tough to live with. I read about lack of B vitamins and how important they are. I knew this already but this put things in perspective for me. The only problem is that due to biotin being frequently added to multivitamins, I had to be careful. Biotin and thyroid problems is not a good mix as far as apsorption of medication. This is exactly what I needed and I have been taking one a day for the last few weeks. I do feel more energetic. Not like I want to run a marathon, but an improvement. Placebo? Maybe but if you look at my purchase history I've ordered just about anything promoting energy that I can find and barely anything has helped even an iota. While not a solution for everyone looking to get a boost of energy, this is something I will keep taking. It's excellent quality, well sealed and I'm not sure why but I trust Norwegian goods. Probably because I see so little of them so when I do I automatically think how unique that is. Just being honest. Either way, I recommend these and prefer these over other energy or B vitamin supplements I've tried in the past.

This B- Complex includes B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, & B12. Other ingredients include Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Inulin, Silicon Dioxide, Hydroxpropyl Methylcellulose, Tricalcium Phosphate & Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids. I’m not a fan of added ingredients to my vitamins. The supplement is Non-GMO, dairy free, soy free, sugar free, with no eggs or shellfish added. The supplement is made in Norway. My issue with this brand is the other ingredients , so this supplement does not work for me.

I’m very careful when it comes to ordering vitamins and supplements. I tend to shy away from those manufactured in China and other places from which you can never really be sure of what is in the product. I’ve been to Norway, though, and feel quite confident that they have stringent production controls for drugs, vitamins and supplements, much the same as the USA. And so I’m sure that what’s in the product is precisely what’s described on the label. These are good tablets combining seven essential vitamin B variants in one multivitamin package. It’s a pure product free of allergens, artificial colors, flavors and GMOs. However, it does contain maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose (wood pulp), inulin, silicon dioxide, hydroxpropyl, methyl cellulose and tricalcium phosphate. So, meh, maybe not so pure. (But other vitamin and supplement brands contain many of those same ingredients and many of them are reported to have benefits and positive health impacts. Generally, though, when there are more than two ingredients I can’t pronounce and that I can’t identify, I steer clear.) What happens inside your body, how the vitamins are absorbed or passed through and what positive or negative health effects may or may not result will likely vary from individual to individual. But if you’re inclined to take a vitamin B complex, you can’t go wrong with these.

I took this every day for a week and didn’t notice any difference in how I felt. I already take a multivitamin so perhaps I’m already getting everything my body needs. The pills are kind of strangely shaped so I broke them in half to make them easier to take. I may or may not finish the bottle since I didn’t notice any change in how I felt.

Der Vitamin-B Komplex wird als "hochdosiert" beworben, allerdings sind die meisten Konkurrenzprodukte 2, 3, 5 oder gar 10 mal höher dosiert - klar ist mehr nicht immer besser, aber dennoch sollte dann nicht mit "hochdosiert" geworben werden. Ferner fehlt Vitamin B7 Biotin komplett. Die Tabletten sind zwar einfach zu schlucken, aber dennoch unnötig groß: Die drei Hauptzutaten sind Füllstoffe (Maltodextrin, mikrokristalline Cellulose und Inulin), und die Tabletten haben so auch etwa das vierfache Volumen meines bisherigen Präparats. Und dennoch ist die noch viel unnötig größere Dose nur zu rund 1/5 gefüllt. Auch die Beschreibung als "B-Vitamin-Komplex in leicht zugänglicher Form" verstehe ich nicht ganz - so weit ich das sehen kann, werden durchgehend die günstigsten und am schlechtesten bioverfügbaren Varianten der Vitamine verwendet (Nicotinamid statt Nicotinamid-Ribosid, Cyanocobalamin statt Methylcobalamin oder einer anderen aktiven Form, Pyridoxinhydrochlorid statt P-5-P). Insgesamt etwas mehr Schein als Sein: Es ist ein ganz normaler, eher niedrig dosierter Vitamin B Komplex ohne Vitamin B7, und ohne Vor- aber mit einigen Nachteilen im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz.

I have been taking different NFO products for a long time already. This time I decided to try their vitamins and I can say that they are as good as their omega!

Eigentlich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Nahrungsergänzungsprodukt, bis mir zufällig aufgefallen ist, dass Vitamin B7 gänzlich fehlt. Wieso kann ich mir nicht erklären. Gut finde ich, dass die Tabletten leicht zu schlucken sind. Wem sie immer noch zu groß sind, der kann sie an der Sollbruchstelle nochmals halbieren. Ich habe sie gem. Anleitung eingenommen und habe keinerlei unerwünschte Nebenwirkungen bemerkt, daher bin ich zufrieden, würde beim nächsten Mal aber auf ein Präparat zurückgreifen, dass auch B7 enthält.
