I've been using this consistently once or twice a day for 2 months, just on my forehead and upper lip melasma not my whole face, and it works! It's reduced my forehead melasma a lot, and completely removed my upper lip melasma. I'll keep using it on the forehead especially. It lost a star because it's so expensive, and because nivea won't state percentages of the active ingredient thiamidol in their products

I have been using for a while now ,its fading my lighter dark spots but is taking longer than expected, it makes your skin feel soft but not greasy ,lovely fragrance not overwhelming. Absorbs into your skin quite quickly and the bonus is you don't need to use a lot in one go. Definitely continue to use ,even though it can be expensive though.

OK as a moisturiser but has no effect on my dark spots

I have used Nivea products for most of my adult life and grown along side it. Now I use the Q10 range for the 60+ and am as happy with the products as the first day I used it. It provides my skin with hydration, nourishment without greasiness or residual oils. Product feels good on the skin but does make the skin look luminous. However, I am sceptical about effectiveness on high-pigmentation areas after using it for a couple of months.
