First I am afraid to buy because I need a projector for gaming not for video streaming or something so I need a projector that deliver 1080p60 without any lag or something. And believe me It deliver more than my expectations. Now for Pros and Cons Pros: - Excellent Picture Quality even in little bit of lightning conditions - Gaming is Smooth and looks great - Easy to setup - Premium built Quality - 2GB RAM and 32GB storage ensure you don't run out of Apps installation and hang due to low RAM or Storage - For a single room the sound is ok. Cons: Don't find any yet. If found any I will update my review. Overall this a great projector for the price. Go for it.

I'm writing this review after using this product after three months, this is not a projector what I expected on such price range, image focus works in circular area not in rectengular so I noticed huge corner blur even bold and big text looks so much blurry and small fotns even not visible or legible, Netflix, Amazon prime and Jiohotstar is not licensed therefore despite of video setting tuned on 1080p projection image looks like below 720p or average, On screen Brightness, contrast, hue, sharpness and sounds setting is missing it's only visible on HDMI connection specially when you connect your PC or laptop to your projector , if you connect set top box or stick you would miss these settings basically you can't adjust these settings while watching content on this projector. Ibuilt speaker is good enough. Connectivity options are great. Maybe I got a faulty unit therefore after few months I noticed image ghosting on my unit and have to send my projector unit to service center. Let's hope they resolve issue as soon as possible, as it ruined my plan to watch movies on projector in Christmas holidays and winter vacations.

The projector's performance was subpar from the start, and when I tried to get help, their support team gave me the runaround. It's clear they're more interested in making a quick sale than standing behind their products. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund or replacement, they became unresponsive. It's evident they're not committed to honoring their warranties or providing decent customer service. Given their shady business practices, I'm taking this matter to consumer court. I urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Egate Projector. Hi, Egate. Got delivery on time. S9 pro is an excellent product. Picture quality is superb. Primevideo youtube, instantly use. Ease of use: simple and straightforward Auto focus adjusts itself on any surface. Gives option to manually do it. I placed in a room having simple white surface and picture quality us excellent. Remote control works in any direction. At first start up it asks for Bluetooth pairing and you are good to go in a minute. For support on wall hanging , I called up customer support n promptly it shared link of Amazon having single point mount installation. On Sunday too , sales person guided me for registration of warranty to look out for Serial number. I feel I did good choice. Thanks for all

Very good projector. Great value for money. Bright even in ambient light in room. It’s got all the required features, ports, remote, pre installed apps, sound, Bluetooth etc. Sharp projection and working well so far for last 6 months. Great to buy at beginners level as a 1st investment if you don’t want to spend too much money and just see if a projector satisfies your current needs.

My experience has been quite disappointing. I purchased the product on 25th April. EGATE advertises a dust-proof engine, but I noticed black dots on the projector display shortly after purchase. I reached out to Amazon, who redirected me to contact the brand directly. EGATE initiated a return and collected the projector on May 1st, but failed to clarify whether a replacement would be sent even though the replacement window was active until 7th May. Instead, they took over 2 weeks only to repair and return the same unit on May 19th. Throughout this period, I had to follow up multiple times via phone, email, and WhatsApp to get any updates — their customer service was extremely poor. I also contacted Amazon several times to request support for a refund, only to be told that since the product was returned to EGATE, Amazon could no longer assist. This back-and-forth between Amazon and the brand made it feel like both were trying to avoid responsibility. The support teams from both Amazon and Egate have repeatedly asked the same questions, despite me providing the necessary details multiple times. This has made the process unnecessarily long and inefficient, and it feels like a deliberate attempt to delay resolving the issue rather than helping. Based on this experience, I would advise against purchasing EGATE products on Amazon. Always check beforehand whether Amazon will handle returns or refunds directly — if not, it’s safer to buy a product where Amazon stands fully behind the process.
