I had the FC 3 for a long time, this one is a great improvement in every aspect: battery last longer, making it useful not a hindrance, sensors on both the clean and dirty water, very useful, the 4 roller system and improvements on how are they cleaned really cleans with no stripes like the old one. Plus cleaning cycle and other improvements in how it is set up which make it easier to use.

I just love this stupid thing. It'll do 2000 sq ft of flooring on a charge and it'll tell you what it needs. Make sure to buy several sets of rollers. I use 5 sets. They are machine washable. AND READ THE MANUAL. Not everything is immediately obvious as to how to use it, but you can literally mop with one finger. What a work saver.

What I’ve learned: Fresh rollers matter. Worn or funky rollers kill performance. Keep them clean and replace when needed. Pop the covers and clean it routinely. Takes minutes, saves headaches. Easy roller clean hack: Remove the dirty water reservoir Fill a sink with ~⅛" of water + a pinch of Tide Let the unit run in the solution Drain sink, refill with clean water Run it again Done. Rollers clean, no drama. Used this way, the machine keeps performing like new. It’s efficient, convenient, and genuinely simplifies hard-floor cleaning instead of turning it into a chore. Bottom line: Maintain it like you would any decent piece of equipment and it just works. A year in, this is still an easy recommendation from Kärcher. Who knew mopping could be this fun? This work of art is fun to use. The opposing brush rotation makes the unit seem weightless when moving across your floors. Now, let’s address the elephant in the room: the price. Yes, it’s expensive. But honestly? The satisfaction of watching it tackle grime with its dual-roller wizardry is worth every penny. The Kärcher FC7 has officially turned me into someone who volunteers to mop.

I'm thrilled with how easy this unit is to use and clean! It glides effortlessly across our vinyl hardwood floors, making cleaning a breeze. The disassembly is thoughtfully designed, allowing for quick rinsing of the wastewater and brush cleaners. Plus, the battery life is impressive and lasts quite a while. One of my favorite features is being able to toss the dirty brushes in the washing machine after use – such a time-saver! However, I have encountered an issue with the rollers not staying securely attached to the screw-in mechanism (please see the picture). I would recommend buying an extra set of rollers to replace any that may come loose. I hope Kärcher takes note of this review and develops a more robust solution for the roller attachment issue. Overall, this product has greatly improved my cleaning routine.

It has some great features and the exposed roller is amazing to clean baseboards. Overall floor cleaning works well as well. The two major flaws are - the charging component. A simple plug that you need to plug in every time you need to charge instead of a charging base. - A horrible water collection system. While it seems to clean the brush and collect the water fairly well it is difficult to remove and impossible to remove an empty without spilling all over the place. This makes the unit basically unusable.

I bought it because I can’t do floors anymore, too hard on my lower back which results in much pain. I was entertaining to hire a professional cleaner just for floors but first I decided to try this product and see how good it is. I am thrilled & amazed for many reasons: Easy to put together and operate. Easy on my back!!! Fast to do my very large kitchen! Floor looks super clean and beautiful. I don't feel like it cleaned my floors very well. The self-cleaning function doesn't really clean it. The ease of use is not as easy as I thought it would be. There are other brands out there that really do self clean and clean my floors!

I was hoping this product would work as a cordless mop. However, it doesn’t pick up any dirty water. It just spreads it around. Yes it is not a machine that uses suction. It has a mechanical design, but it isn’t robust enough and whatever water you put down just gets spread by the brush heads and left on the floor to dry. Now my floors have a thin film of dirt everywhere. One wipe with the paper towel and it’s dirty.

Ya había comprado una FC5 y estaba feliz con ella aunque había temas que mejorar, la FC7 es el resultado de las mejoras, muy liviana, super silenciosa y bateria de gran duración. La limpieza vs FC5 es mucho mejor ya que sus 4 rodillos limpian muy bien pero lo que se agradece es lo ligera que es para mover la cuando esta encendida y poder barrer y trapear en un paso, se deben levantar objetos grandes pero vs la FC5 qué ni un cabello podía limpiar esta puede con eso y más, vale cada peso y es una excelente inversión y aliado para la limpieza aunado a que es fácil encontrar los rodillos de repuesto.
