I use it to add to my water. Does great job. Don't go toilet as often and am hydrated. Just once a week a pinch in water helps.

This is a very high quality and quite delicious salt. I’ve tried many Celtic sea salts and this one is by far one of the best tasting. And as I use it for electrolyte balance, I can tell it’s authentic as It meets my mineral needs. No cramping or POTS symptoms like I’ve had return when using some other brands that aren’t as mineral rich. I’ll buy this one again and again.

This salt has a lovely texture and a really clean taste. It feels much more natural compared to standard table salt and adds a nice depth of flavour when cooking. I’ve used it on roasted veg, meats and even sprinkled a little on salad and it makes a big difference. The crystals are quite coarse so you either need a grinder or to crush them a little before using, but that’s not a bad thing as it keeps the flavour intact. Overall, it feels like a healthier, higher quality option and the bag size lasts ages.
