I don’t write reviews too often however for this product I had to. I am 52 years old and I travel for a living and I stop every three hours and try to get out of the car because if I don’t, I absolutely cannot walk. Bought this as a cheaper substitute for Animal Flex. For me, it wasn't worth it. I can feel my neck pain & tightness coming back now that I have been off Animal Flex and taking this stuff instead. This is more convenient to take since it is only three pills compared to a package of pills but maybe that is the problem? Your results may vary of course.

Listen guys, this product is simply a life changer for me. I have been in pain with both of my knees for years. Not being able to walk very easy or pain free was difficult until a friend recommended these tablets. They work within a week or so. I eill never be without these again. Please buy if you're always in pain I promise you thst they will work for you as they have for me.

Best Joint vitamin. It has a high absorption so I saw its effects in about a week, but that is just me you must try it for yourself.
