My kids bedrooms were like an all-you-can-eat buffet for mice, with crumbs of crisps, chocolate, and biscuits everywhere. I tried traps, but the lure of the snacks in the kids' rooms was stronger than the peanut butter bait. Desperate for a solution, I searched online and found some alternative devices. After placing them in the kids' rooms and on the landing, the mice issue was resolved - fantastic!However, the mice then seemed to move into my bedroom. Additionally, I noticed fewer spiders. I am not sure if it's the season, but typically I see many spiders in March and October. Ive kept one device plugged in my bedroom for over a year and have only seen one spider, which was slow and dopey compared to the fast runners from before. I also have two devices in the kitchen and one in the lounge.Dont expect zero pests on day one; these devices need a few days to take effect. But they will make your home a lot less inviting for these unwanted guests. Overall, they work well and are easy to install, just plug them in. Theyre a much nicer alternative to traps and poison.

I was skeptical as to the effectiveness of these products generally, but bought since a friend recommended them. Unfortunately a day after plugging all four into various spots in my small one bed apartment, I saw mr mouse twice in one day (a couple days after plugging in)! Obviously he was not affected by the devices as the critter was sat right next to it staring at me like he knew what I was trying to achieve. So not only does this not really work, but my ego is severely deflated. Annoying clicking sound as well to add to the scratching in the walls. Like a really bad mouse orchestra. Will likely return these as only bought them recently and haven’t really got a use for them. Will say to those attempting to rid your house of pests; try peppermint spray and steel wool. Haven’t seen the little guy in a few days.

The box of four arrived promptly and looks good. They are easy to use—just plug them in. We bought them to keep mice and spiders away.A word of warning for fellow arachnophobes: it gets worse before it gets better! These devices unsettle the spiders, making them come out of hiding, so the house was overrun for a week. The first night, spiders were everywhere. My dog who love chasing spiders, couldn't keep up!The devices are easy to use—plug them in, turn them on, and that's it. They are silent to humans but have a blue light to show they’re working. They don't affect my dog at all.Over the past week, the number of spiders has been decreasing. Yesterday was the first day I didn't see a single spider! So far, so good.Update: It seems to be working well, and my anxiety is much better. We'll see how effective they are over a few more weeks, but so far, so good!

The media could not be loaded. This is the second set of these pest repellers I've bought because I wanted to cover every room in our home. Built around 1880, our house tends to attract mice every winter, though they retreat outdoors during the summer months. I used a different brand of ultrasonic repellers before, which worked well, but I couldn't find them again. These new ones work just as effectively.The instructions mention there might be an initial increase in mouse activity as they try to escape the repellers' effects, but I didn't notice any surge. At first, I still spotted a mouse regularly in the evenings even after setting up the repellers, but about two weeks later, it disappeared and hasn't been seen since. It's been a good 10 days since the last sighting.Setting up the repellers is straightforward—just plug them in. Although the instructions recommend positioning them 80-120cm from the floor, my house's old wiring means my sockets are much lower, about 16cm from the ground. Surprisingly, they don't seem to bother my cat, which is a relief.The only minor gripe I have is the blue light they emit. It could be useful as a night-light, but I find it slightly annoying. Still, it's a small inconvenience compared to having mice scurrying around the house!

Product is a simple fix and gives you peace of mind. Will definitely stop the mouse in the area surrounding the plug

I've been using this very effective style of plug in pest repellents for years in the house and garage, and know how well they work. So easy to use, just plug into a main point, preferably in a reasonably open area, and watch the flies and bugs disappear. It doesn't actually harm them, but sends out an inaudible to us humans, and pets, sound wave that they find irritating.I have a cat myself who has excellent hearing, and she can walk past these devices without hearing a thing; and thankfully the same with people; but bugs and pests hate the sound.I just find putting one into each room upstairs and downstairs, plus a couple in the garage, keep us bug free throughout the spring/summer months.It does say that it is also effective with rodents, thankfully my cat no longer brings us presents, but I rather leave the door open and have a device plugged in to chase them off, instead of trying to catch them!Effective, great value for a four pack, would recommend.

Had them plug in around the house and the situation has got worse. waste of money.

We purchased these after having mice in our house for months. I tried so many different things; different kinds of traps, chocolate , sticky pads and just closing the door and not using that room ! After buying these plugs I no longer have a problem with mice ! I have left traps out with chocolate after a 1 week the chocolate is still there and the mice are finally gone . These plugs are the only the things that have worked . I am no longer scared to go into a room!! These plugs are literally a live saver, I have been so scared to go into rooms where mice have been for weeks and now it is safe for me again lol . They are silent and no noise comes out of them , you wouldn’t know even they are plugged in. I would highly recommend buying to help with little furry problems!
