Still, a nice-to-have feature for such a compact monitor. 🔹 What I love most: It makes my dual-screen workflow portable. Whether I'm editing, coding, or gaming — I don’t feel tied down to a desk anymore. The Uperfect seller’s customer service Ms Jesscy handled the situation exceptionally well. The communication with her was clear, polite, and supportive throughout the process. They carefully listened to my issue, understood the challenges I was facing, and quickly provided a practical solution. What really stood out was their willingness to go beyond the standard procedure to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Product is good, slim and woking great ! Had some issues with the fact that the seller is unable to update the pictures in the product description, hence the item comes without the protective sleeve. Issue was solved by contacting the Uperfect customer support and getting a refund with the value of a third party protective sleeve. Initially gave 3 stars for it, but after dealing with their customer support and solving the problem, I can only say that I am happy with the purchase. Let's see how the product will handle the passing of time.

Completely satisfied with this monitor. Portable with perfect picture. You can work and play without any issues. OLED means new level of the picture quality.

I don't know if the unit I received was defective or it is the nature of this particular model. But this is not at all up to the quality I expected from an OLED 3k monitor. It appears as it has a backlight which controlled by the black level option in the menu and I tried my best to adjust it (And brightness and Contrast too) but it wouldn't get any better. Either the screen gets too dark or it lit up unevenly. Weird. I have an IPS monitor from UPERFECT already and I love everything about it. So I was surprised to see the state of this OLED monitor quality. I had to return the unit.
