They have a decent amount of fiber and protein. The caramel nut is really good. The other two flavors are okay. They were cheaper than the grocery store. I might get them again when I want to change things up a bit.

2/3 flavors are good
only 3 stars because the caramel flavor is terrible! it’s ok at first bite but then has an awful aftertaste. the other flavors are good but the caramel are a waste - opt for those individually vs this variety pack

Ordered these on 22 November 2023, delivered on 4 December 2023, with a best before date of 7 January 2024. No warnings on the listing, of course. Not sure if these will smell bad by then, but they sure smell of a scam to me.

The two boxes of cereal bars were packed into a plastic bag with absolutely no protection, so the boxes and contents were smashed during delivery. The expiry date of 3rd December is also very short. Learning point - do not order food items online.
