Good chimney, value for money I am using KAFF K-Series KEC 60A chimney for some time now and performance is very good. Suction power is strong (1450 m3/hr) and it removes smoke and smell properly while cooking Indian food. Auto-clean feature is very useful and saves cleaning time. Design is nice with curved glass and looks modern in kitchen. Noise level is normal, not too loud. Size is perfect for 60 cm stove. Overall product quality is good and easy to use. Satisfied with the purchase. Recommended for daily home use.

Hi buyers, please read this carefully before wasting your money. Do NOT buy the KAFF K-Series chimney. It is an extremely disappointing and low-quality product. The performance is poor, and it does not justify the price at all. You may think you can simply return it if you don’t like it — but that’s where the real trouble begins. Since it is handled by the seller and not directly fulfilled by Amazon, the return pickup process can be slow and frustrating. You may have to chase customer support multiple times, and refunds can be delayed unnecessarily. It turns into a headache instead of a simple return. Instead of risking your money and peace of mind, go for trusted brands like Glen or Elica in the same price range. They offer far better quality, smoother service, and a much more reliable experience.

The chimney suction capacity and gesture motion features are good. However, our installation experience was pathetic and 2 stars are deducted for installation experience. Our first installation request was closed by technician without even attending the request with in 24 hours as we had requested the installation in 48 hours and we had to call kaff customer care again to log the installation request again. Technician visited our flat and opened the box himself despite our absence(interior work was going on so flat was open) and later on falsely claimed that there was no exhaust pipe with the chimney. He charged us for 3 exhaust pipes so he demanded installation charges as 4800 for 3 pipe length(1600 per pipe) +531= 5331. We had negotiated for 5000 and paid that amount. However he didn't provide us any receipt despite demanding and he had used 2 pipe length only(we checked later and found out that one pipe comes with the chimney which he used but didn't disclose to us). Installation price was 60% of the chimney cost which seems to be very high and we felt like cheated by the kaff installation technician. Kaff should improve the process so that the pipe charges are transparent(if provided by the company) and proper receipt is provided to the customer.
