Silicone Bellow Compatible with Fellow OPUS Coffee Grinder - Black

Seem to work great on the fellow grinder i myself had the same issue as others with it being hard to remove the lid so i just add the beans and just filp the lid over when using it no big deal great product

If I knew what a pain in the kiester my fellow OPUS would be, I would not have bought it. Thankfully, this silicone bellow takes the opus grinder from super frustrating to somewhat tolerable. The OPUS has serious retention issues and the bellows helps with that alot. Good fit, and consistently blows out a pile of grounds after a grind. The travel on the bellows isn't the best, but enough to puff out a bunch of coffee.

Seems to work exactly as advertised.

During the first few days the lid was very difficult to get on and off. You had to carefully shake the lid evenly from side to side as you pull up. However, after a few days the lid gets broken in (by coffee dust) and smoothly lifts on and off. As a bellow, it appears to work well. I get nearly all the coffee out each time.

Anyone that owns the Opus is aware that the retention is quite frustrating and despite it being an entry level grinder, it’s still expensive and I don’t wanna be over here smacking the top of it to get all of my beans. These bellows definitely do the job of getting all of that excess coffee out, I’ve noticed a lot of grounds like to stick to the inner burr of my Opus. I clean mine every week and before purchasing the bellows, I was always brushing out a lot of excess grounds. Definitely not as much anymore. The only cons (as I explained in the video), would be the fact that I have to squeeze the middle of the bellows to get the hopper lid off so I can dose my beans in. It also gets dirty easy but other than that, it’s does the job.

Just received.. put on unit very easy! Was having problems getting the lid on and off the bellow so i ground a little bit of coffee and rubbed the coffee on the inside of the bellow and now slips on and off withe ease! A must for this grinder!

I grind medium course coffee, setting 10 for a drip machine. My Opus was retaining about 2 grams of coffee. This required multiple smacks, hits and rocking the grinder back and forth. I really did not enjoy smacking my new coffee grinder around in order to get out what I put into it. A few pumps of this bellow now gives me everything I put into the grinder. I cannot vouch for expresso grind. It is much finer and packs a bit more. I recommend checking other reviews to see how well this product functions with finer grinds. I would also like to mention that this product matches the grinder and looks like it was intended to be a part of it.

Not anything close to a game changer. Very difficult to get the lid off to put the beans in. Done several test runs and I'm not seeing any measurable difference in the amount of grounds that I'm able to push out with this bellows versus just tapping on the lid. This is going straight back because I would like to be able to get the lid off my grinder please.

Expensive for what it is, but completely eliminates grind retention on the Fellow Opus. Probably something like this should actually come with the grinder. I found it very easy to fit and to use straight away.

After reading the reviews of this item. I agree, it was stiff and difficult to get the lid on and off initially. Sticking with it and after a fews days it is now a snug fit that is easy to get on and off.

My grinder was clogging and jamming every second or third time I'd do a grind. When I knocked the machine or moved the little cup all kinds of grounds could come out. This seems to have solved the problems and ensures there isn't a lot of retention after a grind.

Fits perfectly into the Fellow Opus machine. Couple pumps and I barely get any residues with pretty accurate bean weight. I would recommend this product for people having trouble with residue weight on Fellow Opus.
