Good quality, silent operation
I got the combo kit with the sous vide unit and the vacuum sealer. Everything works really well, and I've been using it all week with no issues. The immersion circulator is very quiet, and I can let it cook for hours without even noticing any sound.

Missing parts !
My item came with out the water cap so I can’t use it ! I only just opened it and instructions say it should have a water cap and if I don’t use it could break ! Also there is another tube in it that’s not on the instructions

Love this Sous vide wand ! Absolutely loaded with features, for a fraction of the price of other high end wands. Packaged well in a sturdy foam insert, to keep it safe in between use, and comes with an easy to understand user manual. WiFi connection was quick and easy to set up (as can be seen in my video), and it kept a stable connection the whole way through my first 3 hour cook. Very sturdy wand, with a good rubber grip and strong spring clip to secure it well to any container /pot you use. Easy to navigate menus, with simple 4 button operation, and runs extremely quietly. Safety feature built in to avoid damage to the wand when water level is below minimum required level. Fits perfectly under my kitchen cupboards, which are pretty low on the wall compared to most. LOADS of preset cooks built in, both on the wand itself, and also in the Inkbird app, so beginners and pro cooks alike can have no worries, and have their food cooking in no time at all ! Units can be changed quickly and easily between Fahrenheit and Celsius, to make it easier when following recipes. It also has a temperature calibration feature which is nice, and is only usually found on higher priced models. I also have the earlier version of this wand, and love that Inkbird have now upgraded the lower impeller casing. Initially this had a small acrylic section at the bottom, but I see they have now upgraded this to a one piece stainless steel housing, which makes it far more robust, and eliminates any accidental damage. Lower casing simply "clicks" off and back on with a twist to make it easy and quick for cleaning / drying after use. I used this to cook a nice 600g Bavette steak, and set it to 55c for 3 hours. Temperature was held perfectly steady the whole time with absolutely no fluctuation. Removed from bag, patted dry to remove excess juices, then gave it a good high heat sear for a few minutes... turned out a perfect medium/rare, and was literally pulling apart with no effort. This will definitely be my new "go to" sous vide wand, and I have no issues whatsoever recommending it to anyone ! Apologies for the long video, but I wanted to show both the setup process, and most of the features of this product, to show how easy it was to use.
