If your unsure about this, don't be. Buy it right now. Absolutely no signs of being refurbished or used or anything. Looks and sounds brand new. The sound quality is amazing for the price I see people complaining the rear speakers are quiet, but you can turn them up, read directions. And they also only work well with actual Dolby Atmos content, which most movies and tv shows on your favorite platforms. Watching YouTube content will just sound normal and rear speakers may sound quiet and fuzzy and you have to be in direct line of the rear speakers to here then, But there meant for Dolby Atmos and when the lights go out and the movie comes on, the Dolby Atmos shines through brilliantly and you can be anywhere in the room and hear them great. Best bang for buck surround sound I've ever purchased or even seen.

For the price this system has pretty good sound quality. Not great but not bad either. The 5.1 surround does indeed work correctly and the unit features a few different options for hooking up to your tv or smart tv. I also like the external surround speakers however they are too quiet and there's no separate volume adjust for them. But overall for the money. After reading into more of the instruction booklet i see that there is a way to adjust the volume of the external surround speakers separately, so one more plus advantage of this system.

Soundbar - Not good. Has no feature to increase dialogue or focus on dialogue. Without the rear speakers I’d give it 3 stars. There’s no app either.. Very nice looking Soundbar though. Bass - Average. I don’t hate it, I don’t love it. Rear Speakers - Dissapointing. They are very good at the right volume, position, and angle. The speakers HAVE to be pointing at your ears in order to hear it. They also need to be within 1-3ft of your ears. They must be the same height as your ears also. Any higher or lower and you will hear NOTHING. If you like to listen to anything on low volume you will hear some static. Again, with the right positions angles and volume they work pretty good. For this price I would rather get the Vizio 5.1. Doesn’t come with a controller and the rear speakers are even worse (they sound like they’re under water) but the Soundbar and Bass are 5x better. It has an app with a built in remote and a lot of features including dialogue enhancement features. Overall - 3.6/5.

Had a soundbar with sub before but didn't know qhat i was missing till I bought these. Didn't know how much I would hear before. Now that I got some rear speakers I'm surrounded by sound when I'm watch TV or movies. Music sounds great as well. Great product to have. Easy to connect to your home setup. And a great value for the price. Highly recommended

Impaired this with a Hisense 55 TV and to be honest, super disappointed ☹️. The sound is tinny , the sub is connected and using it through the HDMI arc port. Upped the bass and it's just hollow. The demo that it does sounds great. But then it's completely flat. Tried optical the same. In fact the TV speakers are louder than this bar. The TV runs at about 13 /14, when I use the bar the volume jumps to 48 and sounds worse. We have Vizio bar upstairs that's 5 years old with a sub 1/3 the size and it punches good. Buy something else. This is just weak and bad. I'm not going to return it as I went through so much to custom mount this it's not worth returning it right now. I will order a different brand and change it out after the holidays. But if I can save you the disappointment then order something else.

Amazing sound for a budget sound bar.

The best sound bar for the price you don’t need more bass I already have a 12 inch sub that I use for music and for movies the Hisense sub is enough I don’t really crank it all the way up to be honest because is too much and the rear speakers once you place them like the specs said they work you have to go to the menu settings and put the volume all the way up on them so you can clearly hear them.
