Bought this with some reservation as it seemed to offer so much for the price compared to the big name brands. But based on the reviews stating that it was a solid well made product, I purchased this for a new shower install. The valve is solid brass and all the parts are substantial stainless. It works great—the buttons are very smooth and it looks great. Everything in the other positive reviews is true. The extra 45 stars come from the customer service. Since this was a new shower build, we missed lining up the valve with the new wall by a few mm. This caused the face plate to not sit flush with the wall. The company made a custom plate, free of charge, that solved this issue. From the first e-mail I sent to the cover arriving from China was just 3 weeks. The new plate looks amazing. We are all still stunned by this level of customer service. 50 Stars!

this is a good product. i was reluctant to order it but i did. i am happily surprised with the quality. all the brand names are so expensive and are not designed well. this one i love because i can use multiple showers at the same time. the buttons are great. i also added a second hand shower to the system which works great. the quality is good very heavy duty. feels solid its not plastic its rust resistance and the gold color is not fading. i have been using it now for couple of months and i am very happy with it. i cannot find any other product that did what it is doing. kodos to the company of thinking out of the box. small thing matter and multiple outlets with same time water supply is just amazing feature to have. the rain shower is good too. pressure is good.

Finally got this installed in our remodeled bathroom and I absolutely love it! It looks great. It feels great. It’s easy to use. The pressure is fantastic when just using one of the fixtures. It’s still very good with 2 on at the same time. It’s adequate with all 3. But, honestly, why would you need or want all 3 on simultaneously? It’s still decent pressure though, if you do. The wand feature to spray for cleaning is wonderful. I’m looking forward to trying the wand out on the dog. My mother lives with us and is handicapped and she is raving about the shower saying every home should have one of these. The packaging was impressive. The weight of the fixtures is heavy and feels well made. The style is great. I couldn’t be happier. I feel like I’m in a luxurious spa shower. I’ve taken a lot more showers in the days since it was installed!
