Recomend for reflux and IBS
Excellent product. It really helps me with post workout recovery and has also helped with my stomach issues. I have IBS and acid reflux and was recommended this product to help repair my gut and esophagus. After about a month of taking 2 portions daily I notice much less pain after eating. It is slightly chalky tasting so I mix either in protein shake or in full pint of water.

Good Start – Too Early to Judge Results Fully
I’ve been taking this L-Glutamine powder for about five days now. So far, I don’t feel much difference yet, but I think it’s still too early to properly assess the results. I started using it mainly for gut support, and I’ll update my review if I notice any improvement. On the positive side, I’ve had no issues with my stomach so far, which is reassuring. The powder mixes quite well, especially in water or juice, and being unflavoured makes it easy to add to my daily routine. The tub includes a scoop, which is very convenient for measuring each serving. At 500g and 100 servings, it’s also good value for the amount you get. Pros Unflavoured and easy to mix Includes a scoop for accurate servings Large 500g tub with 100 servings No stomach discomfort experienced so far Good value and simple to use Cons Still too early to notice meaningful effects Can be slightly grainy if not mixed thoroughly Overall, it’s been a positive start, and I’ll continue taking it to see if it helps with my gut health. I’ll update my review once I’ve used it for a longer period and have clearer results.

Great item, leaves no taste, mixes well in shaker. Definitely a staple.

Seems to do the job.
I take this before bedtime after My days work.I work in a scrap metal yard & on the go all day lifting a lot of weight (no need for a gym😊) Not too sure about it but I get through the week ok with less fatigue so I guess it works.Mixes & tastes ok.I would buy again.
