These seeds work for weight loss. Take them at bedtime and swallow them. Do not try to chew them they have a horrible taste if you try to. Trust the process, you will lose inches before pounds by 3 months you will be very happy. Make sure you can get to the bathroom because everything will come out by day 2/3.
