Bad Product – No Manufacturer or Service Support
Extremely bad quality fans. There is no manufacturer support, no effective warranty service, and customer care was unprofessional and dismissive. If anything goes wrong, you are left completely on your own. I regret purchasing these fans and would strongly advise against buying expensive items like this.

Doesn’t do it’s job
Great looking product, matched with our decor but doesn’t do its job. Very less air circulation, even at full speed can’t feel any air. Plus the body shakes vigorously at full speed and makes rattling noise as well which is very disturbing. Won’t recommend to buy
