It is small, but then you realize it is the perfect size. It keeps your legs in place and supported so then you realize it is actually the perfect size, and if you need to move to your other side the pillow easily readjust. Highly recommend, to relief back and leg pain, and is extremely comfortable.

Material and quality of the pillow are really good. For me, the pillow wasn’t firm enough, and my niece still touched while laying on my side with the pillow in between my legs in various positions. I’m a 200 pound guy, so your mileage may vary.
