Item has not an Australian charger with it! And battery is not working.

It’s got way more options than described on the website i.e. to my surprise, I discovered that the printer sets automatic date, time and counting, which is crucial for tracking, inventory, and shelf life identification… it exactly does the same job as a 35 thousand worth bigger, hard to move around printer would do…

The product is not working properly. The touch screen is mal functioning. Complete printing is not happening.

This product is absolutely amazing. The platform is very easy to learn and the fact that you can create texts on the device and do test prints is very convenient. It’s best to wipe the tip after every few prints. The battery life lasts all day too! Worth the value.

I just recently got this handheld printer for my business and I absolutely love it! It does exactly what I needed for adding lot numbers and expiration dates to products. It does amazingly well on glass bottles as well as plastic bottles. Although I have only had for a short time, I have fell in love with the ease of using it. This gives me so much more flexibility in my label designs now by being able to add my lot and expiration date directly to the bottle.
