It's a really good rope, after using different types mainly with ballbearings. This is better, it has some weight to it, which makes it more resistive though better.

Absolutely love this rope! The black and yellow colour is stunning — bold, sharp, and just feels energising the moment you pick it up. It’s slightly thicker than standard beaded ropes, which gives great feedback and control during jumps. I already unlocked a new skill with it on the first session! Super impressed with the quality and feel — it’s definitely become one of my go-to ropes for training. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. The rope is too lightweight and therefore slow and unusable as a result. Really wanted this to be good. It simply isn't. Can't understand the good reviews.

Al estar dividida en segmentos es más fácil de controlarla, así que también es ideal para principiantes. 2. Mejora tu coordinación ya que no se enreda para nada. 3. Facilita tu progresión y puedes aumentar gradualmente la velocidad de los movimientos. 4. Es más resistente que otras cuerdas simples de alambre. 🟥Desventajas 1. No tiene tanta fluidez en el movimiento, así que no la recomiendo para ejercicios más rápidos o de alto rendimiento. Hay otras cuerdas específicas para eso. 2. Si la usas en espacios muy pequeños, puede que requieras un poco más espacio para usarla correctamente. 3. No la recomiendo para ejercicios más complejos o trucos avanzados como saltos dobles o triples. Si lo que buscas es mejorar tu coordinación y resistencia o apenas estás comenzando a saltar y la quieres para hacer cardio de bajo impacto, esta cuerda es magnífica y de muy buena calidad.
