Cannot complain 1 bit. Clean my floors to the point I'm slipping on socks, and being able to both "sweep and mop" the house feels amazing. I unfortunately had the misfortune of he original battery no longer clipping to the Dry vacuum. Spoke with Tineco Customer service and they supplied me with a new entire battery. Now i have basically double the life. Even sent a Courtesy package of cleaning solution. Cons: - If you happen to clean lots of hair with the wet vacuum it can be pretty gross as it can tangle in the plastic square filter when tossing out the water. Other than that no issues - Dry vacuum has no way to stand on its own. The weight of the battery makes it top heavy resulting in it tipping over. - If you care for aesthetics, the grey areas on the Dry vacuum can get scuffed and marked pretty easy, no big deal for me but can be for other. - Not many solution options are available so not really many scents you can add. Reason being you cannot have it sud up like dish soap or else the sensors will be covered and the vacuum will give false readings. Pros: - Able to Dry vac/ wet Vac in half the time it would have taken me with a traditional broom and mop - Easy enough that everyone in the house can use it and even my grandmother with arm problems - Really powerful compared to my older Tineco A10 Dash - Charging is relatively fast, from 0% ill say it took about 1.5 hrs to reach full 100% - Customer service was *chef kiss* to say the least, they are awesome, responded fast, and provided me with a quick solution I cannot say much on the dirt detection, for the most part the ring would be Blue. Ill say maybe at two points when using it it might have ramped up and half the ring went red for a moment. Just for testing reasons I through some soil on the floor, and it did ramp up to clean it confirming it works. However have no clue how sensitive it is. TL;DR: Need Dyson alternative then you got it here. Great customer service. No regrets on the purchase

PLEASE STAT AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT MORE MESSES TO CLEAN. I have never detested a vacuum more than this one. It should not even be bale to be called a vacuum since it does not do its job, which is to SUCK. There are so many flaws with this "vacuum" stick it is unbelievable at this pricepoint. It has barely any sucking power, more of a light blow. When you are vacuuming, it does NOT grab everything. If anything it leaves more behind. Do you have carpets? We'll forget about them being cleaned, since this vacuum will just brush it for you. All the crumbs and dirt is left behind. I have a portable car vacuum and THAT does a better job of clean up then this vacuum. Heck, a kids toy vacuum does a better job than this. The tank? It gets clogged right at the top where the dirt is being sucked in at and does even fill the tank. Once there is enough dust to clog the tank opening, the machine turns off and youre forced to clean out a tiny dust bunny from the tank. When youre done vacuuming, the machine is happy to spit up all the dirt and debris for you in a nice big pile. No use vacuuming, just grab your broom and dustpan and clean up the mess of a $300 machine. How convenient. Absolute worst vacuum. Wish I could get my money back. Gave this machine an honest go, followed all of the instructions, maintainence care and even reached out to toneco who recommended I follow the cleaning protocol (duh, not helpful). The wet mop vacuum is the only reason I love the other $300 I paid for this set. Just by rhe wet vacuum separately and dont even waste your time on this stick. Tineco, this is absolutely shameful

The Tineco wet mop vacuum is so very easy to use. I find if you go slowly, you get a better result. The problem with that is you run out of battery time before you might be finished with the job. It does about 75% if my floor space with one charge. That's a living area, dining room, a family room, and one bedroom, and one bathroom. I have to recharge before I can get to the other two bedrooms and bath. The lighting on these machines is awesome. You can see everything that is on the floor. There is a clip on the battery that sets it onto the vacuum that broke off after a couple of uses. The battery is pretty heavy for the cordless vacuum. I could still use it on the mop machine, but not the vacuum. I did a chat with customer service, and they sent me a new battery, without my having to return the broken one, really quickly. I was impressed. However, I do not like the vacuum. It does a really good job on dust and hair, but it will not suck anything heavier than that up into the bin. If you shut off the vacuum and lift it up all of the debris will fall out onto the floor. I may as well just sweep the floors. This is why I gave it a four-star rating. You can vacuum very low pile rugs but nothing too thick. It seems to suck up things better from the sides then the front. It does lay down flat to get under furniture which can save your back from moving furniture for sure. I just wish it had more suction.

I purchased it this product as a replacement for a device from a different company, this definitely performs much better than the original one though it is a little bit expensive it definitely is worth the price. Additionally the customer service is extremely good and they are ready to help.

Was a really good purchase. I have been struggling with microdust since I use a lot of carpets, but this vaccum did a good job removing a lot of them making my carpet less dustier. Use the right attachments for better cleaning results. The wet cleaner did a great job at cleaning the floor and the cleaning solution provided with purchase is very pleasant. It comes with a dock stand to house most accessories.

I have used Tineco S6 Switch for about 2 months now. It is easy to use and also easy to switch between wet and dry attachments. The sound is reasonable and one can have a conversation while cleaning. The floor cleaning with wet cleaner is really superior compared to manual mopping by the maid. Self cleaning function is helpful. The audible and visual prompts are good features. The battery lasts for over 45 minutes which is good enough for my large 4 bhk flat, but sometimes the clean water tank needs to be refilled towards the end. Overall a good buy.
