Love these bread slings. They was up nicely. I have not had an issue with the bottom of my bread burning like others I have used. Definitely recommend

Double check the size of your bowl or banneton before ordering. These were smaller than my usual proofing baskets so I am back to using parchment. These are better suited to smaller loaves (bread bowl) size. That being said, they wipe down nicely and work like any other silicone mat I've used before.

This set of slings has help me to ease my boule or batard into the respect very hot Dutch ovens or clay bakers without any more burned sides of my hands. It prevents dropping of your sourdough into the baking device. Great purchase for me. Very practical!
